The office phone is out of order ever since.The staff dont pick call on their mobile. The work doesnot get done due to lack of knowledge in staff .I had to activate my connection and change address which was not addressed properly. Firstly they kept my request pending saying it is case of OMC. Later they did it saying the computer staff was not aware.The complain number of mr Nirbhay is of no use.He visits agency as per his own convenience , the office no is not working.my work got done after so many trips to the agency.A small work took this much difficulty for lady consumer.poor service.

Gas cylinders are good but vendors demand extra money and if not provided behaves rudely.
