Friends kindly note their office is not at LT road it is close to Borivali station west and the closest landmark is (ghanta panwala) there is a building close to it and on the 6/7 floor is there office I had been searching all LT road and other places for their office and was tired and wasted two hours till I found their office this is to save everybody else is time

With IIFL its a very challenging task to get in touch with the home loan department once you have taken the loan or paid off. I need to collect my home document from them after paying off the loan but its impossible to get in touch with them and they even dont bother to call back to inform the status... worst service.. once we close loan account with them they are not bothered to inform us about from where to collect our property papers.
Worst service they have not even bothered to inform their customer that the Borivali branch is closed from pass 2 months now, it has its branch in Virar bolinj now non professional staff not acceptable service even the rate of interest is high ...to get ur work done you have to literally wait for hours to speak to the manager and get ur work done, would never suggest anyone to go for it atleast request them to update the changes on Google so ppl who are coming from far off dont waste their money and time which I went through.
Boriwali Branch is closed permanently but they dont have any responsibility to update in google . Same issue in andheri west branch also .. 3rd class service in virar branch i am waiting last 3 hr still my number not came ....

Please stay away with IIFL . They wont allow you to foreclose your home loan account even if you have all the required documents .
People are not professional and staff is rude. And Loan rates are very high. I Would not recommend it.
