Avoid going to this place. They randomly cheat customers. POOJA from the counter manipulates the bill. She will confirm one amount and during payments punch in another amount and say that you only confirmed.. happened twice.. very rude and adamant. This is the third time it has happened. Pressto customer care gives a damn abt it so dont regret once money is wasted.

Good quality dry cleaners with pick up and drop.

Very bad service... Never on time.. Had to plead them to get my clothes back... They work as per their convenience and not as per customers... They dont even inform the customers that the delivery would be late. Infact I had called them more than 4 times to get the status...Very unprofessional 🙁🙁🙁.Wanted to give 0 stars...

Good service but very pricey.

Poor service cleaning , ruin delicates, misplace garments, delayed delivery and outrageous prices!!!I did not have a good experience, they mention certain rates and when you actually give some clothing the rates are doubled suddenly. Also they had sort of misplaced a garment and made me wait for at least an hour to track it and additional time to iron it am not even sure if it was actually washed or drycleaned because they could not even remove mud stains. Also avoid giving wooden shawls mine was absolutely ruined with thread pullouts and out of shape (elongated).

Service ok its a normal not so special as they are charging .But they charge anyhow but when you ask them they reduce .not proper standard.it happens just this week with me they increase the price.but when I asked them they reduce it was almost 30%
