Update: Second visit to the outlet and experience is still the same, which is very good and professional. Had visited without notifying them and had to go back once, since there were a lot of cars lined up. So next time called the place before going. The manager explained each and every aspect covered in their different services.Coming to the service, the guys have an eye for detail. The car looks spic and span. I cannot find faults.Mighty pleased with 3M.

Did the uv protect service for some 1700 plus. The car interiors were vaccum cleaned perfectly. The exterior shine also returned. The black cladding on the wheel arches was restored from faded black to deep black. Did not expect it to last long but its been a week and the car is looking 2 years younger

I have been using 3M Car Care services since last 10 years. Their charges might appear premium when compared to what Fuel Pumps charge for car cleaning. However, the quality of service and overall experience is far superior, hence I find it a VFM option.

3M Products are really good..Try thier rodent spray if your car is regulary targeted by rodents..its really effective

This place is good if you stand with them for service. First service when I was there was good. Second time when left the car on them. They goofed completely. Still regretting about the same. Will never go there again.

Decent work

Very bad experience first of all they charged me 11000 for the same service which others charge maximum 5000 on a higher side. I was told that the charge is high as the shine will stay all that jazz and after all that care they said still the shine doesnt stay for more than a week. I immediately messaged Mr Sameer who was in charge of the Andheri East branch that there was something which was not proper but he never called back or even messaged , I tried calling and he never picked the phone, now for whatever new reason the branch at Andheri East has shut and I dont know where those people have shifted. Very disssapointed Im trying to chase them since the time I have done by detailing but no after sales service . Very very disappointed will never recommend anyone.

My experience at 3M car care Andheri:29th November:I gave my car for cleaning and it was returned in a good condition.I double confirmed with them that the car is 100% clean theoretically or as claimed by 3M,”3M Car Care provides a Certificate of Assurance, declaring that 99.9% of germs have been removed.“30th November:As soon as, the other person(not from 3M) started putting on seat cover he realized that it is still not clean.Please find the attached video/pictures to see it yourself.There was a lot of dust on the seat cover.I complained about the same at the local 3M shop. They arranged the pick-up of the seat covers, which were already cleaned a day before, from my place and delivered it.1st December:The covers were clean but the washing detergent was still in there. Please find the attached video/pictures to see it yourself.I guess, leaving detergent in anyones covers/clothes can’t be termed as completely clean. Well, I gave it for the laundry finally.Manager Behaviour was nice throughout.I didn’t call him again.I just thought people and 3M need to be aware my experience.All I would suggest is, try to stay up to your Brand Name. I was not writing this whole incident in the first place. Great job done with attention to detail that would satisfy any pedantic OCD person about their car. In simple words, its so good, its worth more money than they charge you.

I bought a package for Anti-Rust for 2 years from 3M. They offered me four free inspections, which was good. Even though they resprayed the anti-rust solution during every visit, they did not follow the standard procedure. Ideally, you are supposed to use a sandpaper to remove the rust flakes before you respray. Else, your cars underbody is very likely to rust again. (Too bad I didnt realize that earlier) The guy at the cashier is very polite but not the most educated person around when it comes to communicating what procedure 3M uses when they respray.The operators have a mind of their own - they painted a section of my underbody which was not supposed to be painted.In addition, the Silencer coating that costs Rs 1240/- on Oct 25 2017 (Because the prices are very likely to increase everytime you visit) is utterly useless. Within 6 months, I found the rust stains back on it. The funny thing is that the 3M guys refused to take any accountability for it. Sir, there is no warranty for it!To summarize my situation, if you live near the sea or if you need a good rust protection for your car, dont visit this place!

Brilliant experience. The trizact treatment is perfect for luxury cars with ceramic paint. The santacruz west store is ideal for this treatment. Prashant and Sahir knew their job. Parking outside this place is perfect and u come out smiling. Just a little dent to ur pocket. If thats not wht u mind to get cult service, 3m car care is the place to be.

Myself Raghvendra Singh I have paid 15000/- by card at 3m car care andheri west. 1st wash i got good service & after paying 15000/- i went today 10th oct for car wash i found very pathetic service. n the person i have paid 15k he didnt came to see also.. everyone dont be a part of 3m car care. its really waste of time & waste of money. i dnt want to give any single stat of them. i went take my car the workers said sir come next time will wash nicely. this is the ans i got ..

No coordination between booking taken and actual execution. Person on call confirmed the booking but on arrival was told no such booking exists nor is the machine operating to do the needful. Didn’t expect such experience with an American Brand. Disappointed with 3M service.

The workers had loosened or opened the engine covering that made it start rattling. For malicious purposes or out of just bad work ethic, I dont know. Air con was set to full blast, neck restraints were not put back to original positions all pointing to abusive, careless and unprofessional usage by personnel. All i know is, work happens unsupervised by not so well trained so called professionals. The engine cover was rectified by them by a mechanic who was sent home, but for which multiple calls had to be made and I, on the customer end was at the disposal of the mechanic wrt his timings. Not at all a hassle free experience considering the price you pay. Job was okay, dashboard was still unclean, rims still had marks. You cant leave your vehicle there unattended else it will be abused, work is not up to the mark. All in all not worth the price. At least they own up to their mistakes and rectify them, which is why 3 starts instead of one. But then again they do ensure you understand that they are doing you a big favour by rectifying their own mistake. If you go there and meet Parag who will personally supervise the job, by all means trust him with your vehicle. If you meet his subordinate, Yogi, and Parag is not available, leave.
