Location is good but hugely crowded..never go for servicing on Friday there is always electricity issue and no washing availability on Friday

Service station for Honda Two wheeler segment.They have a large space and ample manpower but the process seems slow and hence place gets crowded. They can have better coordination and service duration can be reduced.The service advisors are very helpful.

Very Pathetic service...they dont care about customer. Even technician behave as if he is the owner. Nobody listens. Nobody care. They randomly charged customer without Informing the customer about exact issues. Customer is not allowed in service area so that he shouldnt know what is happening with his vehicle. Customers are not allowed to inspect the vehicle as per the bill. Unnecessary exhorbihant charges.

Overall experience was nice. At first we thought the service was slow. But I was very satisfied with the servicing.

Few days ago I went to this VJ honda to enquiry about Activa125, Firstly I asked to that receptionist about Activa125, then he told vaha pe catalogue rakha hai dekh lo, he didnt want to pay any attention on me, then I asked to another person which is roaming there, he directly told me aaj book kr do, 3 mahine ke bad delivery mil payegi, usse pahile nahi and at last he told 97000 lagega..then he busy to another work..I cant expect this thing at popular brand honda showroom..so I suggest dont go there if you have self respect.. Then I decided to this is my first and last visit to VJ honda.. After that I went to another show room and book honda activa 125 and that showroom delivered me next day.... Vj honda owner please take a class to his employees and teach him some manners to how attend customers..
