DONT GET FOOLED BY THE NICE PHOTOGRAPHS ! property was huge but poor maintenance.worst service , horrible road to reach. Horrible and rude MANAGER who asked Money for everything and tried to put you in buffet meal. No mobile network ! Rooms are large but AC and phone isnt working . They treat very bad who booked room from OYO...Does OYO listening this?@OYO why you guys are ruining your business by recommending such bad property.!!!!!!!
Had done booking thru OYO.Place is way inside very very bad roads please make sure you have a offroading car.This place is in a jungle.When reached at the property we came to know our booking was not done whereas already had paid online.Hotel then told us that they DONT accept bookings from OYO anymore as they have money issues with them and they also DONT accept online payments hence my booking was waste and had to ask refund from OYO.Property looked very sad maybe its too inside and not many people know about this place.Had a tough time travelling to this place mainly because of the roads.Didnt get to stay there so dont know much.
The only good about this resort is food. Reaching to the resort itself is a task, if you have a sedan or a hatchback, please avoid this hotel, roads are pathetic!!!Room service by bell boys ok, but manager needs to learn some discipline, he is very very rude!! He being in a hospitality industry needs to have some patience in dealing with guests.Some of the basics items such as glasses, room cleaning, refilling of water bottles etc are not available.We had ordered dinner at around 10.30 pm, it was said by the staff that it will be served by 11pm, which never came on the said time, after much argument we got the dinner but that was also incomplete. To summarize we got our complete dinner only around 12.30am - 1am.The more surprising things was when we had called oyo (around same time 12.30 to 1am) to complain and to say that we are checking out hence refund back us our money, they said theyll transfer us to some other resort, I mean seriously? At dead night they want us to go and check in to other hotel in the middle of the forest? This is my second bad experience with Oyo, would suggest travellers to avoid using Oyo.This property can be eye catching and a must visit place, provided service is improved, roads are improved and basic things are available and last but not the least manager learns to have some patience...
Good property but pathetic service, not so good food and rude staff
Just few days ago were there...worst manager appointed there. 0 manners , worst arrangments , pathetic hospitality....Even oyo is not helpful when we actually needed their support as this resort is recommnded by them
Worst stay of my life ...Poor hospitality. Manager was rude and was using abusive words. Food ordered was getting delivered after 2-3 hours. OYO team also did not listen to our concern.
Room I Shaw in net is good unfortunately I cant go so next I better plan first there
