Very bad room and staff also rude I face to much problem there there TV and AC not working and room as well as toilet are to much dirty and room home of cocroches and mosquitos.My experience is realy worst there i want to give rating zero to this hotel and the price is very high.I request to all please dont visit this hotel. Never book room in this Hotel.I booked this Hotel recently from Agoda. When I reached hotel, and asked to look the room before I can check in with my family. The hotel owner/reception was so rude, he does not even entertain. There were earthworms roaming around in bathroom and it was very annoying smell. So, I denied for check in and OYO asked me to shift to some other nearby hotel and they also did not tell me the price before making the decision of shift. Finally I had to cancel with Agoda and they deducted first night + booking charges. If in future any one booking from Agoda be careful about the charges and OYO customer service is even worse, they keep me waited for more than 3 Hours. If I could have given rating to OYO and this hotel it will be in Nagative.

I had given poor rating to this hotel because the reception boy was not good and was dirty and behavior also not goot, and when i check out the hotel then the reception boy was take my mobile and force me to give the rating i got soo trouble by this hotel

The experience was pathetic, we were asked for more money despite pre-booking else he asked us to leave. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE.it was late night and we did not had any other option than paying him 500 more.(It was around 345 am)the staff was extretely rude and no manners at all.the room was in a very unhygienic condition. extremely smelly and dirty, taps leaking, damp smelling beds. we found cockroaches and insects and reptiles in the room. the bedsheets were unclean. toilets were worse than the public urinals. leakage in AC.BREAKFAST was promised but not given.room service was awful .I myself know how have I survived for 8 hours in that fouly smell. the experience was disgusting.Staying here IS UTTER NONSENSE AND A FRAUD...MY EARNEST opinion , even if you get this for free, dont stay...!!!!

Nice stay. good location. breakfast quality was like purchased from local shop. i had to ask for plate and bowl as they gave breakfast in polythene and paper. they didnt have bowl they gave just plate. everything else was good.

Everything is good if you dont have any expectations. Dont expect some star hotel service. The staff provided good service but i had to ask for everything every time. Only particular channels play on tv, for something else payment needs to be done.

Unhygienic , irresponsible, worst service , full of mosquito, suffocating rooms , dirty towels and bedsheet , AC not working,bad condition of toilet and staff and owner have abusive behaviour .. please dont ever book this hotel... just for the saving money ... it is not worth of 200₹ even.

We had room on ground floor and it was very dingy and had weird smell. I was super suffocated. The bathroom had spider nets and was not well maintained.

Need to improve a lot. No proper ventilation. The rooms are in ground floor.

Giving 1 star because apart from the dressing table nothing else was nice in the room. There were insects in the room and washroom, geyser did not work, linen was dirty. Overall not a good experience.

Everywhere hoteliers accept soft copy. We cannot carry hard copy every time we travel. Stay was rejected by them giving excuse that one person doesn’t have hard copy.

Rates are too high compared to the rooms and service provided. Also the washroom was unhygienic with flies and mosquitoes in it.

Worst experience I ever had in oyoThere is no water in the room after asking they gave me water bottles that too chargeable at the end. Not informed about this.I ordered food online and asked for plates and spoon. It was all wet just washed and handed over to me.On top of it the housekeeping is worse. somebody thrown my homeopathy medicines and gave me some stupid answers about the same.I am never going to recommend this to anyone in our office.

Rooms were pretty good and clean. The problem was with room no. 108 Which had very noisy ceiling. I dont the exact reason but i guess some rodent/rats were making plenty of noise during night.

Hotel room was not properly cleaned. Bath towel was having stains. Toilet was bit smelly.

Worst of the OYO Services till date.....1. The bathroom is not as what is shown on the photo while booking..... Water leaks from top and basin tap......2. Towels and bed sheets are stained.....3. No TV channels are subscribed and doesnt work inspite of being shown in hotel booking facilities....4. At night, theres noise of rats jumping on the top wooden ceiling of the lodge from trees/attic etc, which break your sleep and is very creepy nonetheless.5. Despite complaining to Hotel Mgr, they pay no need6. Wifi doesnt work for rooms at end and works only for 6 rooms near to reception7. Complimentary breakfast is promised but not provided8. They charge you for overstaying for 6 hrs by 50% of tariff rate..... Not unlike other hotels for only 30%9. Anytime checkin checkout is not honoredThanks to Makemytrip who refunded my fees 50% on complaining and showing proof..... Avoid OYO 6371 Hotel Abrol at all costs..... Any local lodge is better than this

Its not a good stay due to the following reasons (1) No bathroom mirror (2) No WiFi connectivity as well as network connectivity (3) No mosquito mate provided until you ask for (4) No complimentary drinking water (5) Even breakfast was included though it was not offered (6) Even complimentary soap and liquid wash has to ask for (7) Unclean door, mates (8) Room was given in front of storeroom in which their staff boys were provided accommodation ( seems below 18 years of age).

Additional bed was not provided and room was not ready up to 8 PM. Different room alloted as original room was alloted to other customers.

The room we stayed didnt have key. No Breakfast. Not same as what is shown.However the staff were very friendly.
