Love the place, love the location, love the environment, love everything. One of the best Property in Kandivali. They are providing all the services required by us. Their service providing was good especially their customer service system. The staffs are great. They respond to every query very quickly. They are providing very great services including swimming pools, indoor gym, game room, etc. The most amazing thing about Mahindra Roots is the location and the connectivity. It is accessible to all road networks including the western express highway which will be really helpful in Mumbai where traffic is a lot. Also we are happy that we chose this as the new upcoming metro is also very near. They are also building a huge parking lot, so we won’t have any parking related problem. Also the overall environment of the place was really good. We can’t wait to shift to our new home.

The place is very beautiful, well kept and extremely peaceful. They provide the best 2 bhk flats in Kandivali East. We recently booked our flat in Mahindra Roots. Though I had booked the flat first without any surety of buying it, and also I trusted Mahindra as my money will be safe with them, but when I visited the place in person it was amazing. The construction, the environment everything was flawless. Being in the center location it is accessible to other road networks which will be really convenient for us. The overall environment of the place was eye-catching. The overall customer service experience was very good. Another great thing about the apartment is that they provide almost all facilities inside the premises including adult and kids swimming pool, indoor gymnasium, amphitheater, indoor games room, barbeque deck, community gardens, etc. It is like a small world of its own.

A great apartment provided for us in a great area. The apartment is such a place that we have been looking for. They provide very good services. Their office and customer service staffs are amazing. They are friendly and response quickly to all queries. They always greet you with smiling faces. They attend quickly to any requested service. We have no problems with the location as it is near to every resource like malls, restaurant, railway station and also the western express highway which is a huge help in a city like Mumbai. The apartment will be included with beautiful gardens, huge gyms and a lovely pool which are great services provided by them. The environment of the place is also great. With all these facilities it is an affordable home for us. It is a great place to call home. Because of them, we got our dream 1 bhk flat in Kandivali East.

We recently have booked our dream home at Mahindra Roots. They provide the best flats in Kandivali. Their user-friendly website hugely helped us. They are providing every resource needed to make a perfect home including a swimming pool for both adults and kids, community garden, games room for kids, barbeque deck, amphitheatre, etc. The indoor gymnasium will be a great help to us like me, and my wife are both fitness freaks who love to go to the gym, and as the apartment has an indoor gym, it will be hugely convenient for us. We won’t need to go outdoor for gyming which saves a lot of time for us to do other works. The booking process was also simple. Their personnel help us in every matter. They provided us with very flexible transaction processes. The place is at a really great place where connectivity to everything is available. We can’t wait to shift to our new home.
