Professional security staff, well managed, good elevators, clean and clear.Appreciate the front desk staff who values the visitors.

High quality business center in prime location. Parking available. Clean and well maintained. A few restaurants and a few coffee shop available there.

Worked here for about a year and a half. The security is up tight. Offices are well planned. The lobby speaks of grandeur. Very few dining and beverage places. But overall it’ll become Home very soon, if you work there.

Best part of the building is the locality and the view from the buoldings.

Well managed office complex. Good security and house keeping. Some of the top corporates are in this building. The approach road is a bit bad but once you inside its awesome. The cafes are hugely over priced. Parking is a concern.

Its is old Bombay... The area around the building is too crowded. Ample parking space within the building compound. Well maintained and the staff overall is helpful

Hone to a lot of financial services companies around.Has a coffee beans cafe at entrance lobby and a whole lot of small restaurants in the food court.There is visitor parking available here on a chargeable basis.

One of the premium commercial place in the centre of a very busy area. Reaching the place is trouble, but once you are there, you will come across an architectural innovation. Many big corporates have their offices in this commercial hub.

Not far from the station. Built in a clean environment with garden welcoming at the entrance. Food court is a big one.

Grade-A office building but located in a congested area. Aprroach is through conggested narrow roads. One should plan for buffer time to reach this place.Many Banks and Financial companies are located in this building. Has a large food court on the lobby floor.

This is near by Prabhadevi railway station and at very good location. You can find it easily.

One Indiabulls Center has two entrances. One takes you through a magnificent landscaped campus into an equally grand lobby. The other makes you walk through a not so grand parking lot to a smelly “lobby” which is nothing more than a small room to wait for the elevator with absolutely no facilities. If you arrive here in a chauffeured car, you get to use the grand entrance. If you walk here, take public transportation or even a kali peeli taxi, you have to use the other entrance. It’s as if you are not dropped off in a car, then you are not good enough to be seen through the main entrance. The security will be “helpful” enough to rudely guide you to the correct entrance in case you make the mistake of walking through the grand entrance.

As an office location it is fabulous but getting to it is a nightmare. Parking is available for a fee. There are multiple security checks. Reach at least 20 minutes ahead of time if you have your personal car or taxi and 30 mins if taking public transit.

Good office space. Neat and clean. Near to Local railway station. Central and western railway accessible for Mumbaikars.

Good place inside out... Typical India Bulls structure... Take a while to understand a bit and 2a 2b and routes through them...

A office comoles.comprise of large two towers in lower parel. You will get confused with another Complex by Indiabulls with similar names. Difference is One Indiabulls Centre (having offices like Aditya Birla Finance, Morgan Stanley, etc) and other complex is Indiabulls Finance Centre (having offices like Yes Bank, Indiabulls Housing Finance etc) Remember One Indiabulls Centre is on right side and Indiabulls Finance of left side.

Infrastructure is one of the best in Mumbai. Managed by a good staff. Food stalls here are overrated and over priced.

It is good for corporate. But issue of parking they illegal charging rs. 50 per hour for car park.

Getting there is a big pain. Parking is also very badly managed. The parking attendants invariably dont have change, and waste substantial time in getting change

The place is very good and unique as the building is buit in such a manner due to which it appears as leaning but its not and thats something not so common I usually go to the gym situated there( gold gym).
