Worst service and inferior work...I bought a computer table from this shop which they made it as per their requirement and forgot about my requirements.3 faults in this product made by this shop which is as follows:1. Wheels requested are missing2. CPU has been sealed from 3 sides with only front side open which shows what quality of work these people do, there is no space given to insert cables from behind or sides3. Concealed locks were demanded but delivered with handle locksIn addition to the above, I am following up from past two weeks to get the first two points worked on but these people dont even bother to call back or provide an update.All this indicates the kind of dedication these people show towards their work.You can get the same thing done at a lower price somewhere else, then why Furniture Plaza!

No value to their own commitment. Avoid please....not at all a fair place. Dont visit to regret later........

Sofa set bought on 20-10-2019 beiliving to be of godrej but foam and hand rest started bend and pressed on complaining at godrej store now they say it is our own product and not of godrej and is out of warranty period told him it got defective within 7 months only but due to lock down cannot come to shop BUT same RUDE behavior by staff it is out of warranty period. Very misleading shop in the name of godrej interio

Worst place...they are just third party dealing with poor quality furniture from vendor under the name of godrej. No professionalism...they will njoy your advance and will not deliver the furniture. Definitely I will not recommend it.

Good variety of furniture and a great catalogue to choose from. Service is prompt except the payments.Despite being authorised Godrej outlet, they dont have card payment/ online banking facility. Not even cheque is accepted.By default they dont apply taxes on bills. If you wish to pay by online banking tools then additional charges need to be paid which is totally illegal.I decided not to do business in a such a place. Its better to go other law abiding outlets.

Products are good but their after sales service is very very very bad. Didnt expect this from such a branded store. When called they dont just dont attend it properly. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with after sales service.

Dont buy anything..Fraud people..Buyed sofa worth rs 35k..Got delivered after more than a month..Nd guess what..It was totally different fabric than the one I chose while buying..Guys they show you very nice things ..Bt when you get that thing is something different.Asked for some complementary item as the delivery was delayed bt they did not gave anything.Make sure you take the same thing you have seen in the shop,dnt ask to make a new one.Very bad experience
