Poor service, not customer centric. Have entered the store many times and we have to keep asking hem for things they are leastbothered. The Manager also is least interested in the customers who enter.

Worst customer service. I went to port my number from Vodafone to Jio. The fellow was soo rude hence I changed my decision and moved to Airtel. At Airtel I had an excellent customer service experience. Just because of this rude staff I decided even to port out my daughters number from Jio to Airtel. Jio network is good, but staff is horrible. Especially the King Circle branch sucks.

Staff out there is very helpful. A guy named Surendar Verma helped us get the product that we wanted. Although officially the store closes at 10pm he stayed back an hour more; till eleven for us. I have visited many Jio stores but, such aggression for business was not seen anywhere.
