Made a big mistake ordering a refrigerator and paying the full amount at the store. They have no value for your time.Said they will bring the fridge by 5 pm and we waited till 10 pm when the person tells us in a patronizing way that they will try their level best. And their level best is to switch off their phone afterwards. And all our stuff in the previous fridge is now spoiled thanks to it sitting outside on the counter waiting for the new fridge to arrive.A small suggestion to Ezone- next time make sure your delivery people can deliver before asking people to wait at their homes. If you cant inform. Always better to be honest rather than wasting peoples time.Customers- be ready for erratic delivery times if you want to go with Ezone. And do not pay full money in advance.All in all atrocious customer service. Disappointed totally.

AC stopped working the next day. Took 10 days to diagnose the problem. Now cant contact anyone in store.
