Slow checkout, if influx of customers increases additional counters aren’t opened up until you ask. I expect better services when buying an Apple product. Not the ideal franchise partner for the brand.

RUDE ARROGANT STAFF. They will judge AND NOT EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT If you don’t look “rich enough”.They think just because you’re “middle class” you can’t afford Apple products. Had approached a lady employ at the store today around 12:30 PM. I had to have my iPhone unlocked. She first gave me an international number to contact. She didnt know it was an international number. Then she told me the Service centre in Bandra may be open and she was unaware of the exact address. I do not expect this sort of service from an Apple reseller.

One of the worst con service center. As soon as you give your machine they will take 4500 and then once you pay they will make you dance to their tunes.

I had spilt water in my MacBook Air and had to buy a new device. From advice, to delivery to pick up of my old laptop, to handling the payment and buyback Sagar Mokal of the Powai store was amazing. I am so grateful for his help and support in making the whole experience so seamless. Maple Powai is lucky to have an employee like Sagar.

I had been co-ordinating with them to get a phone delivered in lockdown. Inspite of promising me, the staff did not stand on their promise. On contacting, the staff behaved rudely, said things like we serve many customers the last message was from us, you shouldve messaged to check. If you miss your teenage trivial fights, give the store (Mr Gibson) a call.

The sweetest staff Ive ever come across, extremely friendly and helpful! My phone has crashed and my MacBook was out of charge (and Im not carrying the charger) the staff here let me charge my laptop until it reached 100% AND I made a thousand work calls via their spare/personal phones and not once did they hesitate in lending me the phone for one more call! Extremely happy with the service and all the kind behaviour. Thanks guys, yall are great! :) A highly recommended Apple store!

Good staff and very good location

I went to the store today to purchase a macbook air, but the treatment I got from the staff was highly unprofessional and disappointing to the extend that I thought they are trying to pull some scam and cheat. Firstly they took 40 min to attend to me and confirm the price of the laptop and insurance. After this, it took them another 30 min to process the payment. I wanted to pay via paytm mall to avail the cashback offer but there was some problem at their end which caused the delay. All they had to do was acknowledge the problem and call their paytm executive, but considering me as a desperate girl, they kept me waiting. Well I made the payment and was excited to get my new macbook air, but guess what - they didnt give me a bill.This was my biggest issue with the sales man Anand and Ganesh. They kept me waiting for another half an hour and did not process the bill. Finally when I complained about the delay, they asked me to go home and come back after 1 hour. It was 8:30 pm in the night and I came back to the store at 9:30 pm and had to wait another 45 min. Even then, the bill I got was incorrect. I paid Rs. 82k for the laptop and Rs. 6k for the insurance policy, but the bill I got was for Rs. 5k for the policy. Again both the executives tried to convince me to believe that this is the right bill and I should not be concerned. Finally, upon insisting to get the bill with correct amount, they told me that its a systems error and they will get back to me with the bill on Monday.All this took more than 3 hours, as entered the store at 7:10 pm and exited at 10:20 pm. My advise to all those reading this review is to not visit this store and visit the premium store in Ghatkopar instead.

One of the best for Apple products and the team is extremely helpful. I have purchased from many of their stores and love the professionalism. During the pandemic, it was nice of their CS exec Sheetal to call and check if any support was required. Waiting for the stores to open - to pick up the 2020 MacBook Air.

It’s lockdown where I live but Maple still delivered the products that I had ordered from their web site.The delivery executives were wearing personal protective equipments.One of the products had some defects that looked like they came from the manufacturing process. This issue was addressed by Maple within a few hours of my feedback and Maple sent me a replacement within about 4 working days.I was assisted by Ms. Harshali Sadh. She made sure I was comfortable with the products that I had received and was happy with the quality of products and service. She kept me posted in the replacement process which is really commendable.I was also contacted for feedback of the service. This really shows how Maple really cares about customer experience.Great job! Thanks Maple!

Very good experience

Never purchase from any Maple store, especially from Hiranandani Branch at powai. The staff never picks up the calls especially after the sale is done. Also the cash back claim what they boast of never gets credited in your account and they just take you for a ride. Its almost 120 days and I have still not received my cash back. Ive been chasing up with the Maple team and Pine Labs, but there is not response. The worst experience i have ever faced. Never buy from Maple

Got my Macbook Air 2018 last Friday and the guy there saved the last piece for me and informed me about the same even though I didnt really ask him to do that. The efforts they take are commendable. Kudos to them! Hope the product is as up-to-the-mark as is the service. Also got a better deal here as compared to the ones in Thane, even though Thane is an inexpensive area where people wont shell out as much. Great to know that the rates here are really competitive. I will surely come down for another apple product to this store the next time :)

Just visited. No knowledge of iPhone and suggesting to visit local.phone repair company. Crazy !!!

Poor after sales especially for iphone. They promise replacement under warranty if you face any issue. But as soon as you report your issue, they take the phone keep it for 7-15 days, reset it and give it to you stating that as per them the phone is fine. Gave the same phone thrice to check with issues or replace but everytime same response. They assure you to get back within 48 hours but never get back or answer your call. You end up going to the store but its a waste of a trip until 7-15 days are passed. Good luck. And think wisely before buying one from india..They replied to my post but no help. Send them a video of the phones behaviour but no help still. They even agree that theres problem but then they say the workshop staff isnt agreeing? I bought phone from them and if they agree theres a problem i dont understand why no replacement and blame it on the workshop staff.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service . Their portal doesn’t work to post a product complaint . It took 10 days for them to send my bill of purchase , that too after repeated follow up .Also the Apple products have lost their quality for which we buy them . Think twice before purchase .I am saying this after owning 8 Apple products .
