Worst organization ever in the world, they dont have humanity, if anyone sick in their staff family, then also they want that, he/she has to come in office. and there is no control of the management on their toll naka manager. Most of the Toll naka manager behave just like autocrat. working hours are pathetic more than 9 hour for Lady worker as well.

I have been charging my toll tag on line from last 12 months, and every time i pass through the dahisar toll, my vehicle MH04 DJ 0564 is stopped by toll personnel saying my tag is expired, when i ask them to check it in the system, thy say sorry, yes you can pass, this is creating EMBARRASSMENT for me and resulting in long ques at the toll plaza. today 1401/2020, gain this scenario was repeated and today when i asked the toll supervisor to rectify this error from their end, he was very rude to me and said what ever i want to do , i will do it, do whatever , you have to do?? is this the type of service one gets after paying for the toll tag??? this is really insulting and not acceptable, I want this issue to be resolved and that toll plaza employee should get counselling a to how customers are to be treated.please take appropriate action against that employee.. dont know his name, but he was wearing white shirt and blue trousers

Slowest Toll Collection people ever seen at Thane Toll Naka. They are never in hurry. Sometimes, it feels like, there should be a tea stall stall at every booth, as one can finish a cup of tea earlier than these idiots return the change and give the toll receipt.Hey MEP infra! can you train these people to work faster and save fewor many minutes of commuters ?

This is organization of Goons and Thugs. They manage all the toll booths of Mumbai entry and they have not implemented the FasTag yet. Forget about entire India when this is the condition of Mumbai itself. When I asked about FasTag at the tool booth their goons misbehaved with me.

Most arrogant, rude,unprofessional toll staff and especially toll in charge at Badarpur Faridabad toll plaza. Ruthless organization which does not bother even to reply customer complaint mails. Worst experience. Total fraud going on as their own toll manager at above plaza refused to acknowledge their own manual toll slip issued. If I could find a rating worst then this,they deserve.

Buying monthly pass is useless. The staff on duty at Mulund EE Toll plaza allows vehicles without stickers in the ETC tag lane (supposed to be meant only for the vehicles with stickers) and collects money for issuing the daily toll pass. This makes the eligible vehicles to wait unnecessarily for long time. Further, maintenance of roads at toll plaza by MEP Infra is the worst possible - broken roads with so many irregular speed breakers.

MEPL not follow any rules, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) which says if a vehicle is delayed for more than 3 minutes at a toll plaza, then one neednt pay the toll tax. , MEPL manager reply this kind of rules not order to my company because we are huge politicians and money so we dont implementation this rule my any toll plaza.

The Dahisar Toll center has worst rated infrastructure, MEP Employees behave rudely, ETC lane is used by all vehicles and even by two wheelers.1. The ETC TAG readers (both Handheld terminals and overhead installed do not function properly). During the random checks by the MEP staff the handheld reader never reads the TAGs I was once told by the MEP staff that the TAG is faulty and needs to be replaced, Were as I travel to South Mumbai using RGSL and the MEP tag readers are very well maintained there and reads the TAG instantly. It is highly recommended to upgrade the infrastructure at Dahisar Toll. If the excuse is there is a few minutes delay then the MEP management should be fined for all the fuel lost during vehicle stopped during these delay in ETC lanes, We are already importing fuel and these MEP higher management is least bothered about customer convenience and really dont understand the importance of maintaining the infra.2. The staff is pathetic. This is the fault of MEP higher management as they do not provide them, proper uniforms, how to interact with customers, not providing adequate facilities for them as they are working in harsh environment. If the MEP employee does not meet these simple standards, then what kind of behaviour is expected.3. Governance of rules when using TOLL Plaza. If the vehicle does not have an ETC TAG, then those vehicles need to be diverted to regular cash/paytm lanes by the MEP staff. (I personally like the Mulund Toll Plaza who has 1 or 2 employees diverting non-TAG vehicles) The ETC Tag holder has already paid the toll amount upfront and MEP is getting good amount of interest on the pre-paid amount by all the valid ETC tag holders, Then why should they face the inconvenience of waiting for some idiot driver without ETC tag spending time in paying. Instead of double amount as fine for these vehicles, the fine should be five times at least.Car owners are paying upfront for monthly pass to get convenience, saving time, saving fuel.Also dont do backwards by sending SMS to get stickers every month for monthly pass. For MEP top management and decision makers its time to learn for adapting and deploying newer technologies for reading TAGs, number plates, (The new vehicles already have TAGs factory installed, use them)Its very disappoint experience everyday and feels like I am in some poor, chaotic and unorganized path every time passing the Dahisar Toll Plaza.Request for taking strict actions on this toll plaza for allowing only ETC TAG and monthly pass stickers vehicles only (similar to Mulund and Airoli where the control is very strict)

I appreciate your e-payment to recharge e-Tags but there is a need to implement dedicated line ensuring smooth passage for only such vehicles having E-tags, since in India there is lack of self discipline with unruly drivers, there is an ardent need to charge double toll i.e. Rs 70 as punitive measures with such vehicles using e-tag line . Appreciate this has to be implemented immediately to save time and money of such people opted this facility at the Toll. Thx
