Worst service ever received. We having a group of 10 rooms and all rooms booked on a triple occupancy, even after 12.00am mid night there was no extra bed given in any of the rooms. After Continuos reminder there was no service at all. All the staffs had a rude attitude as if we are staying here for free. I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel ever.

One star just for the location. Everything else was pathetic. The rooms and bathrooms are still manageable, but the service and staff isnt. Totally unprofessional. You have to call multiple times to get a smallest thing done. As a single female traveller I didnt feel safe staying there because my room keys never worked. Everytime I had to ask staff to open the room with master key. Definitely wont recommend to anyone.

My experience at Hotel Aura was pretty great. We went for a holiday and their rooms were very hygienic and the ambience was soothing. Their service was up to the mark and I loved staying there with my family, Overall I would visit again and even recommend others. Loved it.

Pathetic hote , ac not working , room not cleaned, towels dirty ,room with bad smell , Breakfast, brought from roadside ( upma and tea) , Just not worth it

We went to the restaurant The Munchbox which is located inside the hotel Aura....due to covid restrictions they have shifted the restaurant to the 1st floor within their banquet hall.They offer food options but the quantity is less for the price they ask for. Since, the place is shifted within the banquet hall so when crowded it becomes too noisy.Food is good taste wise but its a bit pricey.... overall I would say its an average place to dine out with family.

I rate this hotel into minus..They dont even know how to talk with travelers coming to their hotel. The staff and also the manager or the owner of this hotel is very arrogant.It seems they book hotel rooms calling to the owner and othes who book hotel online are asked to walk back saying they dont entertain any bookings online, It is more like an Lodge then a hotel where they focus on hourly customers...Just do not book this property looking at their pictures and other things they are completely fake and you are just going to waste your time and money,Hell out of experience @Hotel Aura sucks.

Spent a stupendous day there, Room was well cleaned and the F&B serving was amazing. Receptionist were very kind and humble. Enjoyed my stay there. Would definately recommend .

Receptionist was bad, no proper service, they feel they are doing favour on us by providing room, even after paying them, pathetic rooms, shaggy beds and broke after sometime, washroom is the most pathetic thing there, if someone planning to visit avoid it, else it will be a disappointment and u will regret as I did... Called them for glasses they said they dont have glass... Such a poor service even local hotels have better than Aura.

What an experience ! If you are looking for a cosy undisturbed night out in the suburb, would suggest Aura. Great service , cordial staff, owner Akash and manager Sandeep , both are very accommodating for any extra demands. We were a group of friends staying overnight for a party. Appreciate the courtesy !

There was no management, midnight at 12:40 one staff came and asked us we are just checking whether guest are in the room or not even though they could have called us in room and verify, next morning by 10am they are asking like “ sir checkout hai apka “ while we booked room for 2 nights, in that 2 days whenever they see us they ask for checkout, pathetic management. Rooms were dirty asked many times to clean, in washroom water supply was bad, flush n jetspray was not working properly. Overall it was horrible experience in my entire life, not recommended. Never go there, waste of money and the most important thing is they will spoil your mood n never apologise.

It is was very good experience with hotel Aura and the service which the hotel provides is excellent and soon love too come again😊....

Running a scam...Plz Dont go here with your wife/fiancee/gf.. The entrance is from backside... It has a small reception desk similar to pan shop and 6-7 mens standing der... U will feel cheap coz all stare at you... The service and hospitality is worst... Half of their rooms ac is not working... They wont confirm anything on phone.. and when you reach there... They will say dis isnt available, dis isnt working... So u need to pay up more...

I visited only once in the hotel and my experience was very bad because there is proper ventilation, washroom condition was worst and even A.c was not working properly.Breakfast items are way too costly

They have nice rooms.. location is nice. there was no telephone in the room, they had some issue that time so they provided a landline number to call, but no one was picking up the call!

The overall experience was a good. huge big room but not nicely maintain. property location is too good. except one thing that when I was out that that time they call me that your has some ac problem so need to shift... but when I came it was given to someone as a rent... 2nd things there is some issue about morning bf not available. 2nd shifted room there was no intercom. fine.. little bit issue but dont know it was actual problem or created by staff.

Very pathetic attitude by reception, i booked a room for couple. they given separate bed. so many argue and complain then also they are not ready to change, hotel saying there no mention we cannot give separate bed. and reception person is so rude. If anyone going to book is their own Risk. dont know which room you will get that is complete on hotel staff roomgiven separate single bed to couple which looks that hotel dont have common Sense or no have knowledge that couple require double bed not single bed. plz dont book room in this hotel if u are couple and looking for a double bed. dont be emberessed with ur partner. this hotel i have worst experience in my life.

Worst room service ever. Being a biker have travelled many destinations and have experience of many hotels where u definitely get what u pay for. Here i asked for water since my wife was really sick and only the only thing we needed is water. I kept calling the reception multiple times but just got one answer that its coming but came after almost an hour. Room service guys are so shameless as they keep peeping i side the room to see whats going on which just not professional and is a privacy concern. I rate it 0 for the stay.
