It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with AWC India . My building is an old build and the terrace has had water proof treatment 7 years back and there has been no leakage since. I live on the seafront and my building gets hit hard by rain.After a few years some damages to the terrace flooring was done by the inmates of the building due to mishandling and equipment scrapping of the flooring and in no time at a minimum charge the patch repair treatment was done restoring it to pristine condition once again. I would recommend one and all to do this treatment rather then putting tar or tar felt on their terrace as this coating even absorbs the cracks caused by the annual sinking of the building and also cracks which happen due to constant vibration of earth and earthquakes.

Being a seaside building, even after 5 years, the waterproofing remains in tact. Thanks AWC.

AWC India carried out the waterproofing work on our expansion junction in March 2011 with a 10 year warranty and we have had a leak proof decade so far . They have also suggested a 2 coat repair post warranty that will increase the warranty by another 5 years . Courteous staff

Dear Friends,I am consulting engineer in field of building repairs. i am working since 1994 and have repaired more than 450 structures between Andheri to Colaba. I believe in conventional waterproofing. However if parent slab is good then Roof 540 of AWC is best material available in Indian Market. There service is excellent and the reason for that is they are very professional. After work is executed when a call comes from client, most contractors feel that its a cost for them. AWC thinks its a chance to earn faith of client and it assures a repeat order or further reference to another client.Apart from waterproofing it also reduces temperature in top floor flats.I highly recommend AWC for waterproofing.If conventional waterproofing is necessary then after IPS (coba) one can apply Roof 540 instead of china mosaic.

The terrace water proofing of our society has been done by AWC in October 2016. The water proofing work done by AWC has effectively withstood the current heavy rains experienced by Mumbai city on 28th/ 29th Aug17. We had our terrace waterproofed by AWC two years back & now we are tension free.

Our Building is built in 1958. We were facing severe water seepage & wet Patches issues during monsoon all over the ceiling in one of the wings of the top floor for the past 3 years. We got the surface finished ( Koba ) and coating done by AWC under supervision of one of our Consultants in March 2016. In spite of heavy rains in 2017, we do not have any reports of wet patches or dampness on the top floor.
