They dont have any return policy and have a very poor quality products.I had bought a dress from the reseller (Mrs.P. waghmode) one the sellers from this business After getting that products I found it has very poor quality. When I told her to put return request she literally blocked me and told me that we do not entertain customers.This is very unprofessional behaviour.Better to buy any products form other shopping site as they give assurance of quality, money and have a proper return policies.

The worst company I have ever come across or will ever come across in my lifetime. I have purchased the two year package from them for my website. They never ever reply to emails and none of their support contact numbers work. They suspended my website for absolutely NO VALID REASON without any prior information. I am unable to login to the dashboard and it says CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR .. As if I am assigned with an administrator or as if they revert to any of the calls or emails!!!!! Have emailed them but no success. Calls are notgetting through either.. They will hook onto your life to get you to purchase subscriptions from them and once done they arent concerned of what the client needs are and absolutely hold no accountability towards the client..Similar instances have happened before too of them not reverting for days together and then apologizing later..Never ever get your websites done from them.. WORST, TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY .. BIG ZERO RATING I WILL GIVE!!!!

Poorest service we have ever received from any company. There is absolutely no response from the customer service team. Even when you email them a complaint they shut the ticket without resolving. Most of the issues their tech team cant resolve. Website cannot be loaded for days and there is no answer from the support team whatsoever.

They just sent us a collective bill after a year of shipping packages through them everyday saying we forgot to inform you.Surely going to write complain and charge everything against them to get our money back.

If I could I would have given less than this. Bad service, non transparent, chor company. Every month they charged us Rs.300-400 extra saying that the measurements or the weight of the parcel was incorrect. On asking the proofs they sent us an screen shot of the accounts made by this company only.We closed our account and demanded for the refund of the security deposit of Rs.2000, these people are reluctant to do that.After following them up for 2 months, they said that we have forwarded our refund request to the relevant team. But we didnt received the payment till date. Now after raising this issue again these people are asking us when did we made the payment, do we have the ref. no., in which account we made the payment and on which date we made the payment. We started working with them in the year 2016, Feb 2019 we closed our account.This is a BAD BAD BAD company to work with.
