Had bought a Corsair Hydro H115i All in One cooler from this shop via eBay. Wasnt given a VAT Bill which would be needed for future warranty. Requested for the same three or four times. Still has not been sent to my email. This was months ago. Product was genuine and well packed and delivered on time. But after sales service is pathetic. Better steer clear. Absolutely pathetic customer service, Selling faulty products and expecting customer to spend more to fix it, I Lost almost 2k in the transaction. Charged 500 for shipping and guy tells me he did a favor by shipping the product on time, when the product is faulty you have to carry it to the service center as his responsibility was only to retail it and the fault is of the manufacturer and they wont be able to help. Second time this happened to me at this site, I would recommend all buyers to stay away, Use Primeabgb or Mdcomputers instead.

Received a DOA Product, Was asked to wait for couple of days as there was no stock for replacement, Had to wait for 7 weeks before actually received a working product and to top that out was asked to remind the owner as he tends to forget it. Absolutely no care for customers once they have your money its over.

Ordered gtx 970 on april,2016. The card died in january,2017. And as stated on their site that they will provide service for rma process if the customer will not have any service centre near its location but this site dont even bother to help the customer. I donot recommend this site for buying computer components. Either go for primeabgb or mdcomputers. Seriously it was the worst experience ever.
