I visited Vijay Sales to purchase a washing machine and everything went really smooth. The staff is very polite and helpful. They suggested me about which washing machine would better suit my family needs.The machine which I booked was later unavailable and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to get the machine in stock. But somehow they managed to get it delivered in 3 days.All the COVID precautions were taken, with proper sanitizing, mask usage and maintaining safe distance.Thank you !

The showroom is big with different sections on different floors. The staff is good too but not very knowledgeable in case of the product descriptions. Also the offers provided are comparatively not good at all.

Visited Vijay Sales for purchasing Air Conditioners. There was lot of rush on that day, may be because after a long time, post lockdown this outlet was opened. Though I had particular AC brand on mind, we did look at other alternatives. We were very nicely explained various models of air-conditioners, comparative features , prices etc. The sales person seemed knowledgeable and also it appeared that he managed to provide good discount since we have purchased many electronic units from them since last few years. We managed to procure the AC unit within 30 minutes. Vijay sales ensured that it was delivered and installed on the next day itself. Excellent sales and after sales service provided by Vijay Sales on this occasion. Really appreciate the staff !

Vijay Sales being one of the best electronic and home appliances outlet across India, this too offers great products and service. The reason I am rating it 2 stars is because of below 2 reasons.1) Being small in space, it doesnt offer all the variety of products as the other vijay sales outlets do.2) Really wish if vijay sales starts selling GoPro and other action cameras.

Very small outlet. since it is in goregaon west, they should have some big outlet... most of the things are not available. They dont even have wall fans, table fans, etc in this outlet. limited stock of mobile also.

Now, this guy doesn’t know how to talk and just because he is the branch manager, was showing me tantrums.Even after realising that it was their fault but still they were trying make me feel guilty for nothing.Top of that, just because I have purchased multiple products they were expecting me to receive all products in one go so that can save in transports.Well played...Till then my issues are not getting resolved, I’ll make sure vijay sales losing a few customers everyday.Thank You!

Worst worst branch.. I have been stuck with 1 issue for now 4 - 5 months..my TV.. The funny part is my tv is of their own brand “VISE”..I will suggest do not buy any Vise products..They are not durable and then customer service is terrible..They have kept their land line number also on a mode where you will always get notified as they are busy..

I purchased a new sony bravia TV and was given a airtel xstream stick along with an offer.. Airtel stick worked for a week and after dat stopped completely. Due to lockdown i contacted vijay sales but no one was able to help. Infact I had emailed as well but still was referd to store without a contact number. Went to the store and dey refered to another store to get the replacement. Why should we go to another store fr a replacement when we purchased frm ul?? Very bad service in lockdown
