Very poor experience. The guy called himself an engineer, applied 90Watt charger to my working laptop taking 65Watt power. Motherboard got damaged because of his big mistake of applying incorrect charger.A non repairable damage to my working HP laptop and then that guy denied to take responsibility and correct it. A big lier and not knowledgeable person.Do not ever give your worthy laptop to such irresponsible people.
