The team is very courteous, prompt and nice to contact. The owner is also very nice and readily contactable.They provide warranty of up to 3 months on parts replacement and I understand up to a month for other repairs.However, the warranty services and the overall quality of services is not good. Also, the customer is charged for any repairs during warranty period as well, even for the piece for which one made the payment earlier.I had to send repaired laptop twice for repair. Quality check controls are absent and weak.I was also charged for additional repairs during warranty. Repeated problems also occured after getting it repair.Overall just okay. Dangi computer solution is Veryexpensive and service is shoddy.My Sony Vaio was given for a power problem but rubber lining between the screen and cover has been broken n the lining is missing n falling out in certain places.This is no area to touch, and it has been been done intentionally causing me much inconvenience.Beneath the keyboard are rubber covering the screws and aligned at the corners and lengthwise to prevent the laptop from slipping and also to give enough room below for ventilation,You know what, this rubber is all missing, need to hold my laptop to prevent it from slipping.The service is pathetic, Expensive, Please DO NOT handover and trust Dangi computers.

Was planning to go to Dangi computer to get my laptop repaired but after Mr Pereira feedback I will not give my laptop to Dangi computer.How can a technician open a laptop without removing the rubber stands and then not replace the rubbers thereby causing a lot if inconvenience.Very unprofessional.
