This is live feedback review. CAUTION - Do not give your laptops for service to Creative computer - any branch. Read my experience as on 12 June 2021.on 7th June, an sms flashed on my mobile to pick up and drop laptop repair service. Amidst covid times, I thought it is best to utilize. I called the sender, on the other end, it turned out to be creative computer, Andheri east location. The person in charge is Mr. Dev Agarwal.Creative computer offered pick-up and drop for INR 300. I agreed. I did not get a call back next day as promised. So I called back. I was told my laptop motherboard has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Well, that aches right? Creative computers quoted INR 9,500/- for it. Yes, we settled at INR 9,000/-. Creative computers - Dev Agarwal - told me he will place an order to Lenovo bangalore for the motherboard and I should have laptop up and running in next 3 days in my hand - on 11th June 2021.Yes, indeed creative computers did deliver my laptop but alas ! broken and not working. See the photos how the laptop is delivered yesterday. This is shocking ! In addition, I was told to pay extra as keyboard was not working well. This is CHEATING. After paying extra ransom to have my laptop, when i started the laptop, I could not hear any sound. Imagine! Laptop given back without sound!I have been chasing Mr Dev Agarwal and creative computers owners since last 12 hours to get this problem solved. since 10AM today, all that im getting to hear from Dev is they will send someone to look in this problem on priority. It is 8PM and no one has turned up nor called.Please DO NOT give laptop to service to Creative computers ANY BRANCH. You might be duped.
