Very worst experience. I have given for hard disk repair. They have changed new hard disk. Now facing the screen problem. Now they are saying now you have to change the screen. If you give for one repair, new problem arises

This is a highly unreasonable place. I wanted to replace my laptops keyboard. The price that these guys quoted was Rs. 3000 for that. Instead, I bought a new keyboard from Amazon for Rs.750 and had it replaced through an another technician for Rs. 250. So I got my keyboard fixed for Rs. 1000 against their quotation of 3000. One third!Always check the prices online before going to such and especially this shop.

Hopeless shopNever want to recommend buying products from this shop.At the time of sales they are very sweet and you tend to trust them.Good shopping experience....We thought untill we realise that that laptop that was recommended by them to suit our requirement was a hopless product. It was high end model.The screen got cracked within warranty period but due to personal reasons could not reach them within th date but later a week or so. They din cooperate understand the genuinness and had to aoend aome 4500 ruppes to get it replaced. First of all the screen should not have had such problem as the product was harldy used or mishandled.Now the laptop has a battery problem which again requires to spend another 6 to 7000 for replacement,key board not working so that again needs to be replaced and one UsB drive is disfunctionl.. So all in all worst prosuct was recommended and sold. Its HP utra slim laptop bought as a premium product purely on the owners recommendation.But aftersale service is not good at all as no onus taken you. Though they are not rude etc.The shop does not offer any special customer care as they dont have comepetent and customer friendly manpower.its better to buy such expensive products from reputed shops like croma or vijay sales.. Where they are considerate towards customer grienvenves and you dont regret shopping with them.So this shop doesnot deserve even one star.
