I have the worst shopping experience of my life from Arcee, Dombivli. They sold me a costly microwave oven promosing delivery in 2 days. I got a faulty product which I did not take. Later they told me since product price increased they cannot give me new product. Till date I have neither got replacement nor my money back. Their refund process takes more than a month. No one in the store is takes any responsibility for refund or replacement. Anyone who has spare money to give to Arcee can purchase product and then wait for refund since they sell products which they themselves dont have in stock.

Had a wait a long time before getting a laptop which they claimed was a new model (which I later checked online, it was for a lesser price) also they told that I will get a accessory kit and didnt deliver that saying that I purchased a smaller laptop and they dont keep kit for 14 inch laptops.Very very bad service

WORST buying experience ever and PATHETIC service by the store.We purchased A Samsung Refrigerator on 26/4/19 and on 30th, got delivered a DAMAGED product.Even After all these 11 DAYS of harrassment and wasting all the time and energy in constant follow up with the store, we still havent received the replacement for damaged product. Its so frustrating.I wouldnt ever shop from here again or recommend anyone.Customers should be compensated by the store for all the trouble caused and such poor services.Hope they resolve the issue soon

I purchased whirpool refrigerator on 21nd april 2019 and till date 24th april 2019 it is not yet delivered.when called, we came to know that it was not in stock but they took my order and now i am waiting for my refrigerator. Please be aware will buying any product from this store

Do not buy anything from this arcee Mulund. The service is very bad. I had to visit this place 6 times for an AC. Still they sent me different model three times. In the end they gave me a different model pleading that they had shown the chosen model by mistake and it is not available. For installation they sent people on a wrong address. Such a poor service.

The TV which they gave us was not seal packed.Box was damaged.They gave wrong address and wrong model number to installation services centre faced lot of issues coz of that.After sale response is very bad. Go with Kohinoor.... They are best with rates and response.

Even after choosing the item, due to lack of availability of packed piece they promise you to call back but never do even when we follow up they dont care to respond appropriately. I dont think they are intrested in customers, selling and hence the business. Very very bad. Dissatisfied.

Arcee Mulund is one of the worst electronic store I have ever brought products. I usually buy from Croma from so many years. Just because I did not get the required microwave I thought of trying in Arcee. The seller did not even give me a discount of ecev 100 rupees. I was in need so I bought it. When the Samsung demo guy came he said the products are missing. When my mom spoke they said the missing parts will be delivered within 48 hours. Post which when my sister called up to check why the product as missed, this unapologetic guy Harshal from Arcee Mulund started talking rudely and said it will be fedeliverby end of the week and hung up the call. Tried speaking to the manager Abhijit Patil whose phone is switched off. this is disgusting. This would be my first and last shopping at Arcee. The rating 1 is too much. I dont have an option of minus 1..
