Be very careful when u buy second hand laptop from her, the warrenty on Hardware is just 90 day for any value machine. They focus on one year free software so dont fall for it. I developed a issue with my second hand laptop with 100 days, it was a motherboard issue as per them and would cost over 20k to repair, as I had purchased it from them just few months back for 40k, they said it will take 14k as they needed to replace Mother board. I then got it repaired for 4200 as just 2 IC had got spoilt. Now you guys can be the judge for the capability these guys have. Having a fancy road facing shop without a good tech staff is of no use n total waste of money.

They fixed my Macbook Air at a charge of Rs. 4500 for which Apple Service Centre was asking for Rs. 25,000+ and its working smooth now without any issues. Great job by technicians there and prompt response for the queries. Also got Windows OS installed in my Mac, working perfectly.

Worst place to go for repairs. They swap your original parts for duplicates. Its better to spend some extra money and go to apple service centre rather than coming here and get duped.

Poor quality service and deceptive behaviour. They tried to fleece money with an incorrect diagnosis (this for the second time). They gave a quote of about 5k for repairing iphone charging socket. I decided to check other repair service providers and I found out that the socket wasnt broken but was just dusty. Then I got it repaired for 100 Rs at a nearby shop.Please be careful when you visit them for such queries.

I visited the shop to get iPhone battery problem resolved. They changed battery. But after 3 months it is not charging, I went again to them. They analysed the problem and found charging port was damaged. They changed the port and it is working fine. PLEASE, this is my request to NEVER EVER go to Dev Solutions, Malad to repair your MacBook, I spend around 20K around 4-5 months back and repaired part stopped working, I again visited them and asked them, they again charged me for the part but after that, my wifi stopped working. I visited some other shop they showed me that SSD, Wifi, speaker parts all of them were loose and attached with mother without screws. I am afraid they have replaced my working Bluetooth part with a faulty one. they are non-technical people also dont know how to talk and behave. all of the reviews on google are fake for them.

This place is the worst I’ve experienced so far. I had asked them to install windows bootcamp in my Macbook Pro which was supposed to cost me 2500. After that I got a call saying that the OS is not letting the backup happen which needs to be updated. They couldn’t even tell me the error. Asked for 1000rs more for taking backup and updating OS. I agreed to pay 3500The bootcamp windows they installed is full of viruses and runs 10-15 applications in the background. It doesn’t even let Anti virus softwares install.After complaining about this I was told that i need to pay for anti virus for that to not happen after the laptop connects to the internet.Go to these guys if you want to give away hard earned money, waste your time and ruin your laptop.

Theyll always ask you for infinite time limit to do as simple thing as Data Copy! After submitting my Mac and External HDD for 2 days, they still are asking for endless time without giving proper reason (apart from engineer is working on it blunt statement).To add to this, when asked why majorly Macbook Air gets logic board issues (which is the serious issue due to design flaw), you get instant reply - Sir, you must have taken extended warranty. Apple is US company, where people change Mac every year. If youre buying such expensive product, you should get extended warranty...What???... Seriously 😶😶 youre the only reason Steve Jobs left the earth dude!

WORST SERVICE AND EVEN WORST BEHAVIOUR by the engineer. Gave mine iphone for one problem, after they gave me back new problems started which were never there before. Everytime u go there, instead of solving the problem, they force you to buy new parts for your phone. And on insisting to resolve the issue ill-treated with us. This is not the case for one phone. Even my friend gave them his iphone for repair, and they changed the original battery to fake one, and new issues started showing up on the phone. DONOT GO THERE, as they will only damage your phone more to mint money and moreover ill behave with u when you ask for explanation
