Literally the worst service possible. The owner itself does not pick up calls and could not fix my device and returned it by replacing some parts with some old used parts of some other device. All this was a pain for 2 months. I had given him the device on a monday and he gave it to his guy for repair on a thursday and still was of no help. He took 6000 already once and then it got spoilt again and asked for more money.Then when I confronted him about the replacement of parts he asked for proof accusing me that I was lying.Worst service ever and I highly recommend not to go to this store.You can see in the screenshot I have uploaded that I gave you my device before 31st may and even after 15 days of the device being in your hand you did not start working on it. You have literally taken the screws also.Kindly keep up the good work.Thank you :)Yes a screenshot as proof of how you treat your customers leads to misleading reviews. Because it seems like everyday is a Sunday for you and it is has been a great 2 month sweet time.You are right.Go see for yourself if I used the machine for 45 days or just 2 weeks. The place has very knowledgeable and helpful staff and the owner is very nice and accommodating too! Highly recommended for purchase of Computer parts/Electronics and also for repair service on electronics/computers!

I had given my HP laptop on 18th June, 2020 to reload Windows and also to renew my Quick Heal Total Anti-virus scan . I explained to the proprietors son in writing what tasks need to be done with my laptop. The timeframe given to me was 7-8 days. For more than 12 days I did not hear from them. Finally on 2ndJuly, I collected my laptop. I had to wait for more than 2 hours in the store. His son had done a very shoddy job. My data was not saved properly. The Quick Heal anti-virus scan for which I paid Rs. 1,200- - the serial number was not given to me stating that they have misplaced the box. Very unprofessional. After I got my laptop home, I was shocked to see that the processing speed had reduced drastically. Within just 3 months, again, I faced the problem of Windows reloading. They had charged me Rs.1,000 for Windows reloading. When I called the proprietor twice on 5th October, my calls went unanswered. This behaviour demonstrates that the proprietor has no work ethics at all. On account of their inefficiency and incompetency, my laptop was reduced to a piece of junk!!!!.Further to my feedback , I would like to state that on 1st October, 2020, I visited the store with prior intimation for some consultancy service, as I was appearing for online exams in a weeks time. I was made to wait for 1 hour. Finally, the technical person provided services for exact 15 minutes, which I have noted down with respect to the following:1) How to disable the Anti-virus scan on Exam day2) How to schedule updates on Exam day3) How to uninstall an App4) To make Exam App an icon on the desktopYou quoted a fee of Rs. 500/ stating that you do not know what type of services were provided. I showed you my notebook and you were in agreement when I paid you Rs. 200/- for consultancy service of 15 minutes provided.Now, on 22 nd October, after I have posted my feedback, you are indulging in cheap tactics and spinning a web of lies stating that I refused to pay for the consultancy service. Iam an erudite woman and I pay for services rendered. In addition, I have empirical evidence for every word stated in my feedback. Unfortunately, in the present scenario, I have paid for unprofessionalism of the highest degree. Shame on you !!!
A quick, prompt & very efficient service. They strive really hard for customer satisfaction. I had my 2 old laptops fully furbrished & running within 2 days. Highly recommended for computer/laptop services.
The repair prices are very high. anyone can get a cheaper rate somewhere else in the area. Avoid visiting the store for disinterested staff and overvalued repair charges.

When the owner is around you get good service in this pc/electronics/repair shop (the engineer/repair guy is knowledgeable and well mannered also) BUT when hes not around, the other two guys who work there will try to get out of doing as much work as possible. They also can be rude and will sometimes even say no for things that you are a 100% well within their purview. Be wary!
