Dont want to explain whole Scenario here, but trust me The store manager is so rude. He literally dont know how to talk to a customer or how to handle a customer. Requesting you please तमीज से बात करना सिखलो. You dont even know the basic manners, they dont even greet their customers. We dont care if youre a store manager or a staff, as a customer we will equally respect you, and we deserve the same. Dont call yourself store manager dude you dont deserve the position. TBH Never Gonna visit again, this store.

Seems professional with the first experience of talking through customer care number.Definitely, choice of instruments and the choice accessories.Located in the R city mall.Conveniently located on the ground floor, in the corner of the mall situated strategically.

Dont buy anything from the store. All staffs are cheat. They are not an authentic dealers of Apple. They sold me a Mac laptop within a day it started showing an issue, also the moment they opened a new laptop from box, it has an auto fill, when we asked the staff, they didnt have an answer. Within a month, my laptop has MLB issue. How a new laptop can have such major issue. This means they are cheat and selling a refurbished laptop in a name of new. We are planning to take an action so that they cannot cheat other customers.

Very poor! The phone keeps ringing, but wont pick up! You have to go to the repair centre, even for an enquiry.

This store has clearly no professionalism when it comes to fulfilling orders. An order promised for delivery by 7.30pm does not get delivered until 11pm and once you make the payment you are stuck. Very bad experience in terms of customer service. Buy only what is readily available here for sale. They take orders they cannot fulfill in time!

I am shocked at the extremely bad experience with the iPhone service centre.They collected the phone from my residence and after 2 days a lady called to say that some screws inside the iPhone are missing and they cannot repair it.. Its the first time I have given the phone to a service centre for repair and how can the screws be missing..The lady was so incompetent that she offered a replacement of the same iPhone at higher price than the market price. When I asked for the phone back.. They charged 990 rs without which they will not return the phone

I had given my airpods for repair before lockdown and now when I contacted them to collect it back, there has been extremely poor response. Inspite of discussing with the store manager, Rajesh - there has been complete unresponsiveness or update.First, Rajesh never calls to update the status even after committing that I will receive a call.Over and above that, when I call him now, he refuses to answer.Hugely disappointed with the customer service.

Very nice staff and very nice service. During lockdown they were able to provide the laptop. I got the service during the time when people at other places were not responding. The care taken by Mr sagar for delivery was exemplary and par excellence. It is an epitome of best in class service. My queries were responded to every time to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place for buying apple products.

Never Purchase Maple extended Warranty they told my warranty was extended for 2 year for my MacBook and denied to repair when I submitted to fix it in the second year Worst Staff they dont talk politely with no proficiency at all.[PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY ON EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM MAPPLE THEY PROVIDE NO SERVICES IF THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS GETS OVER OFFICIALLY FROM APPLE]

The service is pretty quick. i got my phone replacement within 4 days. However, they should provide a spare phone for use when the phone is covered under insurance and is in service. Also the Terms and services for Maple shield insurance should be explained properly at the point of purchase. Overall a good experience with Maple

Worst service . The attendees wont entertain you. And the service center I dont have words to describe their bad service. They suck like hell. Probably the worst maple service center ever. They wont talk to you nor will they respond to you. The only thing they will do it close the store before time so that they can leave early.Wherever you visit be strict with them.Hope it helps.

Always had a great experience with the Maple franchise.During this covid-19 situation, I received a call from Deepka S who explained that Maple has begun home delivery. He was very polite and Im very pleased to know that I just might be able to upgrade my phone in this dire situation.Keep it up Maple!

One Mr.Kunal had called regarding maple support to its customers in the current covid situation and explained how to resolve any issues if they crop up. I wasn’t sure of my warranty period and dint know how to navigate, with his patience and accurate guidance I got the much required information and how to go about for any future issues as well. Such timely call from a good executive helps when one is lost as how to go about when the service centres are shut.

I am facing issue in my earphones so the maple team couldnt do much but they explained me all the process. Aksha was assigned to me for the technical support, she was really helpful and a very technical person who helped me to solve my issue in my phone as well. i really appreciate maple for providing customer service during lockdown :)

THE TRUTH ABOUT APPLE SERVICE IN INDIA!!Maple is one of the five authorised “premium” resellers for Apple in India. Due to trade restrictions, Apple cannot open any of its typical Apple Stores in the country. Therefore, it relies on these middlemen to provide Indian consumers with services for their very expensive products. Maple Service, however, is a totally ridiculous, frivolous and fraudulent ripoff! Once a device is submitted for repair, the customer is utterly clueless as to it status. One must repeatedly visit the store, in hopes of their device being ready for pickup, only to be put off for days on end! Finally, when the device arrives, you are informed that no actual repair has been carried out and to actually proceed with the repair an exorbitant price is quoted of a completely irrelevant component. One is absolutely flabbergasted by this and then the customer representative very conveniently suggests that instead of carrying out a expensive time consuming repair you simply purchase a new one! The employees working there seem to think that money can be picked off trees like apples (pun intended). Extremely disappointing service. Have lost all faith in the store and also the company as a whole. Never purchasing anything Apple again.

Visited the Maple Store at The Walk, Godbandar Road, to buy an Ipad. It was an awesome experience. The staff were helpful though I had reached the store after closing hrs of 5 PM. After this I ordered an Apple Pencil from Maple online store. I was surprised when I found that an employee (Mr. Sagar) personally came to deliver the Pencil within 24 Hrs. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

Bought an Apply watch: Series 5 as a gift. Placed an order on 20th July, with the help of Sagar, an extremely supportive Maple Store executive and it got delivered on 23rd July amidst a lockdown. I purchased an iPhone XR in July and it has been more than 4months still no cash back. When went to the store the interest this people showcased was amazing they just did not care said talk to you bank not us. Then just gave me a number for pine labs a credit card machine through which transaction was made and said speak to them. Must say service cannot get better than this. Never had any issues for cash back or online charges made with amazon and Flipkart. Human touch here doesn’t care about the customer once a product is purchased. A great Apple experience I must say. Keep it up guys will never recommend this store to anyone. No efforts at all to resolve my query. Beware.

Worst apple service provider... you have to wait for hours and then they take your phone and promise to call back in next 42hours but they don’t even take the pain of calling back or sending mails.. charge you bomb for checking the phone and still you have to travel all the way for the query.. worst experience.. better give it to the local shop who deal in repairing apple devices.
