Great place for you apple product service. I went for a screen change for my ipad mini, was done a great job. The front office executive was very helpful. The cost is also reasonable when compared to other places. Do give them a try if you have any issues with your Apple product. Highly recommended.

The service centre was quick and fast with service. I was in an emergency since my puppy chewed my charging cable and I had an important meeting. They located the cable and delivered it to my home in 45 mins, I have never seen such quick response from any service centres before. Thank-you so much! keep up the great service.

Dont go to this place.Poor repair and poor value. Representatives were not professional. Money oriented service centre, promised a replacement but only repaired.

Service is very good they come and collect your smartphone and easy to call and get response from service center.

Four months passed, i went to this place for my XS and Iphone 5 both got glass broken. After a little negotiation, they said we cannot give glass warranty and we will not touch anything else in phone. I agreed, after that when I went to take the delivery, it was not ready they asked me to give extra couple of hours. I didnt mind as far as they are giving same day. Finally I went again, phone was ready.. I checked, it was perfectly working fine but by mistake I left my sim in, when I asked the technician he said I called my girlfriend just to check clarity of voice and sound. I intentionally asked him, hope you didnt touch my battery part as it is stick originally by Iphone with silicon. He said, yes I have to remove everything as we have to remove glass through heat. I was zapped as I was told that they are only gonna remove glass. Now my other phone which i gave on my 3rd visit as i was satisfied with my 1st mobile. They changed the glass but again their was issue as my touch pad was not working fine, they said we are gonna deliver at your place. After long co-ordination, I have to send someone to station (24km from my place) to get it picked (TBH, I didnt check anything else except my touch pad which was working fine). Now the real story starts, one fine day, I was trying to check torch of my Iphone 5 which was not working at all. Whereas, while giving that phone for repair, they checked in front of me and it was working fine. On the other hand both of my phones start opening from one corner (they might not done the perfect job for closing the same as they both got glass repaired) I called up again and luckily the same girl popped up on phone who delivered my Iphone 5. I said I am facing these issues, can you do something?? She said, sir you know lockdown is on and we cannot do anything from store but will ask my technician and you have to deliver it at his place. I said, I dont mind to drop the same as I think its a minor issue and he need to fix it again. She said let me talk to him and will also check my system what actual job we did with this phone because we never got any complain like this. After half an hour she called and her tone got rude now and she literally started yelling on phone and these are the words, We changed only glass of your phone, and we dont give guarantee for the same. What you were doing from last four months?? And as it is lockdown, if you want to do something, we will only be able to check after lockdown and it will be chargeable. I dont know, how and what to reply this woman....A) I dont work in coal mine, that phone automatically get open up because of heat. B) When I dont had any issue, why should I call you C) The book which predicts the future is still in printing. Please use their service @cost of my experience. Thank you for your time.

This apple iservice centre is good for repairs to your cellphones. I had a good experience with this centre. They serviced my phone on time at a reasonable rate. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Keep it up!!!

Fraud ppl with no expertise about MacBook. Will not comment on iphone repair but my experience with MacBook repair was very bad. First, They told me they will confirm the issue in 4 hours. They called me and said it cannot be done here and they will send to head office. Next day they told me chance of repair is only 50%, on which I asked them to return the same. When I gave MacBook to another place, I came to know they tried repairing it at multiple places without my permission and my MacBook is now a trash.Will not recommend this place to anyone. Further the staff is not technically sound, at least not in Powai center.Please do not take risk.@iservice - updating after one month. No one approached me? Did u even investigate. I think you should only do basic repairing and should not touch complex thing which is out of your capability. The best you can do is just give the dead piece to customer which cannot be repaired

I recently dropped my mac book Pro 15 inch and needed to replace a few things. I checked out several locations and ended up choosing iService Center because the prices were very good. I was very pleased with the service and work that was done on my computer, it looks brand new. Friendly staff, fast service, and fair prices. This will definitely be my first choice if I ever needed anything for my Mac again.

Service was very good. Person who handling was so responsible and I got my phone back in very short time and I am very satisfied by the service and quality of product. Price of service was very reasonable. There are not costing huge charges like other people who will charge high price if the phone was iPhone.

I had gone their with complain of low ear piece volume and improper charging port connection due to dirt accumulation. Simple servicing and it was cleared within 15 minutes. The basic servicing though cost me 750 rs which is a little on higher side for my liking :). But it got my job done so all okay.

I was happy with behaviour of staff however the quality of repair for touch screen replacement was really poor. First it came off within 25 days and had to be glued back...the warranty covered this...the touch on the edges didnt work properly after that...after a month or so again the screen was getting loose from some areas and problems with touch happening ...now again need to replace the touchscreen....

It is great to have a repair store for Apple products, which unlike others in my vicinity is not like a Givernmwnt bureaucracy and has to send everything to Bangalore for next steps, while being exorbitant with their pricing. These guys detected the issue with my MacBook Air quickly and let me know the repair estimate also. Within a day the repair work was done and they even reduced the final bill amount slightly compared to the original estimate. Thank you, iService.
