They are money grabber, greedy swallowed my money. without knowing things well. they snatched. especially the main person of the shop. very poor experience.1. they told me mother board problem, changed my mother board. again problem arise.2. they said, hard disk problem, changed my hard disk.3. then after 2 months, display problem, they took service charge. without doing anything. just kept my system for 2 days and returned me as it is. I was waiting 30 mints on road. they said system will boot after 15 mints.4. after returning home. after 1 hour system dint boot yet.5. during lock down, no one opened there shop. but this vrdhi took the well opportunity and grab my money like anything. 8 thousand.shame on you. there is no reliability, trustworthy. only know is money and bad service. I would recommend no one should go here.

Gave CPU for repair and they charged me for new motherboard I bought it home and and tried to start it restarted and in second attempt it went dead . Visited them and they said its not thier look out I have to go to service center and get it replaced. Wasted my money trusting these scammers. They dont understand how important computers are for us they took 3 days to dlrepaid and it broke in single day and they wont take any responsibility never trust them and look forward better service guys.

They are fraud, replaced all parts of my laptop with damaged/non functional parts.I gave my dell inspiron i3 5th gen laptop with 8gb ram and 1th HDD. They replaced with 2gb ram and 500gb hdd - both non functionalIncident is back of last year july - August I am searching for the job no or receipt to i can share the same.Your professionalism reflects in the way you respond to the reviews, it gives surity that such malpractice is entertained here.It is very shameful that you state such incidents as funny, be at my place and understand the loss of asset and data.According to you all the reviews of the victims are fake.Rather than sympathizing or investigating them, you direct label us as fake.

Worst service center ever. I would have given negative if possible because thats what they have done to my friend.They replaced my friends i5 with i3 thats basically stealing and to hide that they scratch the processor name.Vidhi Computers people now know the difference between an i5 processor and an i3. Dont fool the public. And top of that writing fake reviews just so you get better rating. Pathetic.

Worst experience . I gave my 80 GB hard drive to them which was not detected any data in it . But actually it was almost full , I gave them for repair and they asked that is there any important data in it you want . I said yes . He said that for repair it cost only 500. I said ok n next day they called me n said that ur hard drive is not repairable. So do you want your data . As they know already I want it . So I said yes , then they told it will cost you 4,500/- . I request them to charge less as 4,500/- is too much for 80 GB . Finally I agreed with 4,500 /- and went with external hard disk they showed me my data , but it was only about 30 GB , which was not even half of my hard drive size . But there was no any other option for me so I gave full amount and copied my data . When I asked for my old hard drive they said we will not give that. I argued for the same n they said if you want it back, you have to chargeRs. 2000 extra. They are just cheating with people by doing this. And looting business is going in this shop. I dont recommend any one to go in this shop , even for any inquires.There was no any call recording available with you.... I waited for it but nothing was there with you .... Dont lie for God sake...plzIt is compulsory to give atleast 1 🌟 for posting the comments. Otherwise.....
