Dell exclusive store you will get price comparative less than other stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. No cost emi available on major cards from dell. Its an authorised dell store so no worries about the products. Few models on display but you can get your choice product on request. Thanks to Mr.Anant and Mr.Sachin. ;) call them before going to check for product availability. Had a pleasant experience buying from this store.

Honest Opinion ! I initially took a DELL desktop, but the configuration was wrong, which was picked up by Anand from this store. They took the piece back and refunded me the money, though it tool a while. I later bought a proper Dell laptop instead of the desk top. It did take a lot of time to receive it, but these guys helped right from day 1. I truly appreciate their honesty & the continuous professional care they provided for the products bought. I recommend these guys to everyone !

Very much satisfied with the services. Especially the person named Anand. The laptop model which I was looking wasnt available in Mumbai. They arranged within few days and called me back. They have provided me a dell laptop bag, an optical mouse and a sleeve free of cost which you will never get in amazon or any other online stores. He was getting irritated upon any questions asked for the technical information ( n why one should not ask as one will invest 40k for it). I suggest you do your ordering online this dealer is not of any help. We ordered a very high range laptop but we found that the dealer had to be pushed to make us aware of the offers. Finally he did not upload all necessary documents and we could not avail of the offer. He refuses to take responsibility while the company is clearly saying it is his failure to service his customer. Anyone can set up a shop, but if you do not know how to maintain customer relations then you have no goodwill.

Good service but they did not have what I was looking for. This would be a Dell issue & not the stores fault.

They are extremely lethargic..I dont know whether its the problem of the sales person or the owner..But their responses are very pathetic..I asked for a quotation from them and in spite of their assurances multiple times they failed to deliver..I could not understand what their problem is..

Servicing fraud. I gave my laptop for servicing. Without even inspecting the laptop they said HDD is not working, it is not even possible to backup data. They suggested me to take new HDD. They said it will cost around 6000. When I got laptop checked in another store, my HDD is working well and I am able to access data, and motherboard was damaged. Inspection charges taken 370

The store manager is not at all proactive. Even after calling and confirming that the model I wanted is available, when I landed there he was unable to provide me with the laptop I wanted. He then tried to sell me a scaled down processor simply because it was readily available. He also was not able to provide me the model I wanted after 2 days because he had no one to deliver it. This kind of customer service is not expected from Dell. They lost a customer and were not able to make a high-value sale only because of their tardiness.

Very disappointing. Shop boy present did not give proper service. I felt harassed as a woman. Not only that, he redirected to some service center at chakala, without written address and vague directions. I had to take my laptop to the shop opposite.
