They take interview, selected in technical round and give login to there website and take all documents , salary slip , current offer after that they did not give offer letter no call, I think they are doing some fruad. dont give document before offer letter.They are not following starndard like mnc they are following like a local company. very bad experience

I expected this would be a good company but after attending the interview and clearing all rounds and they ask me to submit documents and create profile on their career page after that I didnt get any update from the HR Riya Paranjpe. The worst scenario is HR Riya has not given any update on the status and simply neglected by collecting all the documents,payslips and not replied to email, not sure how management is treating the employees.Incase if they do not have any requirement they should not ask for the documents and waste our time in scheduling interviews.

I would suggest do not even give an interview at Neosoft (even if you do not have a job!). They can put your profile on hold or reject you after making you wait and giving false hopes for more than 2 months.In the current pandemic situation, organisations understand why you may have a gap of 2-3 months in your career due to Covid layoff. Director of this company who hires for business development roles do not understand this (even though I have been in communication with their HR team itself since last 2.5 months, but he didnt knew this due to huge gap between HR dept and management). He will ask you irrelevant questions during the Director round. Director round is the last round which is known as salary negotiation round by companys own HR members. He didnt do any negotiation as he didnt like my career gap due to Covid. His words You do not work anywhere currently??? HR will give you feedback (Hangs up the call). I was let go from a company that have single teams bigger than the total employees of Neosoft :-)Getting to this worst Director/Negotiation round can be compared to climbing Mt. Everest. First 2 rounds took 2 months (This rounds can be written as reviews describing another worst experiences). After that, you will be told by your unorganized HR that director will call you anytime in evening during this current week (with no specific timings). You keep waiting for this call for ages. Every evening from 5 to 8 you sit and wait for a call (This went on for 3 weeks). On following up with HR, she keeps giving you hopes, director may call you today. One fine day after 3 weeks you get this call late evening. You face irrelevant questions and at the end, hang up on your face cause you were let go by your previous organisation in covid times and you are currently working nowhere :-)Apart from this, you will be constantly asked by HR and interviewers (surprisingly) to not expect much salary as it is Covid situation.Finally, I am happy I have not joined this organisation. I can imagine the torture I have saved myself from :-)

I cleared all rounds of interview.HR team (Ms. Priti Aswal and Ms. Yasmin Kharwala) is tooo pathetic, no professionalismThey told me that you are SELECTED, They shared SALARY BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE over email. But failed to join by saying we are waiting for directors approval. Huge gap between Director and HR team.They kept me hanging for couple of weeks and lastly they told me that your candidature is on hold and you can grab other opportunities.If HR didnt get approval from Director then how they can share salary structure and tell us that you are selected?Guys, Please dont go with this company. I have wasted my time and energy and in return got to know that my candidature is on hold after being selected.Total time wastePathetic HRUnprofessional HR

Its a good place for learning new stuff if you are a fresher you should join this company since this company is good for freshers if you are 3+ experience I will not recommend this company since they have a bond and gives less pay. Still if you want to join for learning will recommend the company

Fully supportive staff and helps in learning newtechnologies.Cons: Make you join as a trainee even though you come with years of work experience. The HR only wants you to sign the bond, and all the other various clauses uncover after you go there to accept and sign the offer.
