The culture at Shivaami Cloud Services is by far the greatest I have ever seen. You can tell that they truly care about the well-being of their employees. Its a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. I dont dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding.

Great work culture & environment. My teammates are very supportive of the management. We also have a lot of fun activities that we do to relax and chill. Company policies are good and the pay is fair.

Its not the best, rather the worst possible behavior that you allow to take place in your company defines your company cultureIm not sure about how Shivaami treats its other employees, I can only share you the experience of my wife and you may decide whether to join/transact with the company or not.My wife joined the company in April 2021(offer letter attached) leaving her the secure job she already had, she joined the Shivaami because they said it is a women-centric company.Initially they gave her good training. After training she was exposed to toxic work culture, yet she continued. one day, the HR called her and told to stop working from tomorrow. The HR told her performance was good, however they had to let her go because of financial problems.They removed her on a SINGLE CALL!, no prior notice, no compensation, not even salary for the hard worked hours, NOTHING!!Later, my wife tried to follow up for pending salary, they didnt respond.This whole experience lowered down morale of my wife as she left a good job for this worthless company. We later found out that such hire-and fire culture is prevalent in the company and they dont even care for their reputation as such.Hope this review helps you take a good decision.

Before joining the company please make sure that you receive the offer letter, employee number and other essential things that will be a proof of your employment. Please dont fall for virtual promises by the company without any documents/agreement (specially in this though time of pandemic your employment matters a lot).

Week 1I got an offer from shivaami in AprilTraining was superbWeek 2No laptop no phone, not a single asset provided.After that they told you need to call from the sheet.The sheet was shared by almost 5 people....Repeated calls to the same customer.Reporting manger tells to prepare daily report , when asked what to put in the sheet , she tells to ask other team lead.Arti is quite helpful.Week 3Calling the same customers repeatedly....those were really irritated as we called them again again one by one.Week 4Hr tells that you are fired.As there were no assets provided you can stop the work .No experience letter.No salary for the same month provided.No one actually cares....Everybody says if there is any query call me 😂😂Also they told me to....remove the reviews as we agreed for the salary ...but there was no..response after that tooo.....

I have given just interview over there, it was worst interview ever in my whole life. The interviewer was very arrogant and rude at the time of interview. Thank God I m not part of this company. Very unprofessional people over there. If ratings start with zero than I would hv been given zero only.

And as soon as I was hired, they ensure that we know our team members.This is a female centric organisation. Yes, that right majority of the employees here are female.It’s been 6 months now and I couldn’t be more happier working here. I had given an interview in this company a week ago & had worst exp...they treat good in start & at the end of the day they ask for feedback and as days passes they dont treat well to the employees I would able to see change in their behaviour specially the HR shes not at all professional dont have manners to talk....i asked her for a leave due to medical emergency but she keep on questioning me instead of allowing me home so we had an argument & on the same day she send me my termination letter.

I was hesitating to buy google workspace suite but I later on thought to give it a try .. they offer me service and within a day after purchase my gsuite was actuveThanks

They buy database and always introduce themselves as calling on behalf of Google and you go a level deep they will suggest to arrange a callback with their leads.Seems like spammers!!

Tried to have a chat from their website, there is again no response from the numbers they provided for raising this issue. I dont know how could a company survive having a wonderful support team.
