Totally Useless Hiring Process I clear 1 excel machine round hr assistant saying that you are selected 2 hr round hr call to in 1week there not call me a 2nd round

They made me wait too long for first and second round. Still they didnt call me. Whenever I call to the office to know result they said HR will call you.

Currently working here, good place and cooperative management,10 min walking distance from metro and bus station.

Dont go here for interviews. They do not want employees. They are conducting interviews only as a timepass. They wait for 1 hour. And dont ask questions that will match the profile youre looking for. Going there is a waste of time.

I have given the 2 rounds of interviews and after that hr told me that I will you the feedback. After that they told me that you are selected and will let you know the further process. But on the next day I got a call and they told me right now we cannot hire you. Very unprofessional they are and don’t value for the employees. I would not recommend this for others.

I am an employee to this company. I cannot say enough things about the work environment. It is pretty light and chill. It is residing in Mangalya Complex, Marol. It is just a five minutes walking distance from the Metro station.

If u want to diminish yourself mentally and physically.... Then join Iksula as an employee.

Totally unprofessional !!! Hr named abhilasha called me for the interview & i was reach on time .. she taking 1 hr for 1st round of interview & told me go to 2nd flr then 6th flr vice versa for 1st round of interview.. why hr peoples thinks candidates are free they have more timess ... Really indian hr are totally unprofessional..

One of the worst company i have ever seen,wasted 3 hran then got to know that u will get a call from hr,after hr session on phone , they will keep you wait and later manager took my cv without even asking anything and told that hr will let u know.that hr abhilasha doesnt have decency to call back and not even replying ,why the candidate is rejected andi have seen people who are working there for 10k

This is truely unprofessional firm , they wasted my time 2 rounds of interview was taken in 6 hour.and also next day 2 rounds was carried ..really sucksEven though they couldnt selected me.They think candidate have plenty of time to make a round ups around their office.Really a bad experience i had . Dont visit their for an interview

Good team members, nice management, and time to time they organize functions and celebrate festivals as they belong to one family.Loved them.

Lowest salary any company would offer for freshers. And they made us wait nearly 6 hours for just 1 round interview. Poor management of applying candidates, disappointed.

Never trust when they said to we will give you the good appraisal. criteria is good helpful people. lots of work.
