I visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf counter to get some beverages and I was so immensely disappointed firstly with the price for a tea costing RS 210 and secondly with the taste . I was disappointed with the latter one more to be honest as for such a hefty price , you at least deserve a decent tasting tea which was nowhere to be found .... and when I went to the counter which was managed by a guy named SAHU to communicate my issue , instead of apologizing , he started throwing tantrums at us by saying Sir yahan desi chai nai milti . Highly Highly disappointed with the customer service as well.

The coffee was really good, the staff was friendly but be ready to spend some real cash for it. You can also find some confectionary items here. This coffee shop is at T1 of the airport. There’s a lot of seating available near the shop.

It was a very good quality and premium café. Its in airport so definitely the cost was very high of the products. But products were good. I had a coffee there it costed about 300-350 rs but was good. And talking about the staff. They were very polite and professional. And treated me and my family very politely and in a very nice way.

The Chicken Jungli Sandwich were not served hot as requested. No option of chilly sauce. Its took 15 min to buy sandwich as no crowd management by staff being early rush hour of Monday morning.

Very friendly staff. Outlet of a plantation. You get various blends, powdered in front of you. Also ready to drink ice coffees and teas available.Vanilla pods and Honey find a mention in their price list but not in the store.Online ordering also possible.For other local items you see in the shop, please go to the market and buy.

The espresso was great, the staff was neighborly yet be prepared to go through some genuine money for it. You can likewise discover some confectionery things here. Theres a ton of seating accessible close to the shop.

The outlet is located a few metres after the security check point near gate number 21. It has a nice sofa seating available if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee while you wait for your flight. you can try hazelnut cold coffee which tastes amazing. They have pastries to choose from as well. This is at Gate 21-30 side of the terminal.

Chicago Cheesecake •⠀⠀⠀Chicago cheesecakes are firmer on the outside than NY cheesecake, and Coffee Bean seems to have got the texture on point. However, the flavor could have been less sweet and more ‘cheesy’ for my taste.⭐⭐⭐⠀

The only place that is active and at a convenient location between the airport boarding gates. They serve beer by pitcher and tower. You get other brands of alcohol as well. Food is good, fresh and they except foreign currency too. A bit expensive but convenient.

You pay on an average 250/- per cup, but the result is too much milk, too much sugar that simply drowns the coffee. I hope they have a relook at their recipes and offer coffee worth that rate list.

This cozy outlet at Terminal 1 of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai is open 24x7 and serves a good range of high-quality coffee, tea, other beverages, and snacks.I tried the Ice-Blended Mocha and the Mocha Latté, both of which were rich in taste and adequate in quantity.

1. The food served is kept for hours in storage.2. Being it in the airport it is highly and unreasonably high priced. I wouldnt buy a simple snack costing me Rs.150/-.3. You may see fancy options for hot drinks and snacks but again the price will stop you.4. If you are open to any price this shop might be good for you but still why would someone just throw money for over priced item?

Good coffee yes! Eats...not so great. Staff...they think a customer is an interruption in their life! I ordered a butter croissant...it turned out to be a damp squib. Staff busy yakking with each other. Not worried about the customer or customer’s time. Bad attitude anywhere...especially at an airport!

Coffee is upto mark. M fan of latte coffee beans dey use r nice where as i found snacks are average or can say not worth d price. So one flaw i felt so reduced an Star 😊

While goin to Singapore i had coffee at this particular outlet of the coffee bean & tea leaf at mumbai airportI m a big fan of their americano and tofu salad with fetta cheese . Though i found it quite expensive but some times more than money relaxing experience wich you get is more important and cherishable then cribbing about the exorbitant price😀

Well i tried coffee and some chicken stuff first time from this restaurant and honestly i liked the coffee alot.

This is an outlet at the domestic airport.It should be open 24 hours. Since half hour the staff is saying it is shut and they are sitting outside. Was told cleaning is happening but no one inside doing any cleaning.Not right customer service.If you can’t keep it open at least when there are flights boarding near your outlet - then don’t keep an outlet.

Buddha Veg & Buddha Chiken are good new introductions. Enjoies. Rs 270 & 290 each.

The behaviour displayed by staff was cold.I kept waiting and no one even bothered to attend to me.Moreover, I felt they were upset about something ... A clash between them n the authorities most probably.I have since then avoided them.And will continue to do so in the future.

Really disappointed with my first experience at the coffee bean at Mumbai Terminal 1 outlet of yours, I ordered a hot chocolate worth 250 INR and it was pathetic, milk tasted sour and there was no chocolate in it but just a few drops of flavour which wasn’t chocolate but tasted like chocolate flavoured protein X shake.However this is just to say that the exp was bad, product was bad and they can never compete Starbucks in anyway.As a marketer this is a suggestion to Blue foods, please improve the product and exp or else shut it completely. You cannot afford to serve this class to travellers esp when they are running over and depending on your drink 😞
