Great food available through the wee hours of the morning. 8 years in and theyre still serving delicious and fresh food 365 days a year. Rain or shine, theyre my Foodwala Batman! They deliver late nights and never disappoint!

Superb place for some amazing Kebabs, North Indian and Chinese food. The best dish however has to be the Desi Sliders. Delicious cheese naans stuffed with a variety of gravies. Amazingly theyre open until 4 AM EVERYDAY!!

Worst place to ever place an orderDont have any respect towards the costomersI have been waiting for my order for more than 2 and a half hoursAnd every time I called I got an answer saying the order will reach in 5 mins and 100% the order will reachBut the order never came to meIt would rather be better if they be honest with the costumes and say if they cant deliver the food

The third house is located in a bustling place, the service is very good, the accomodation is minimal to 12-15 people but its good..the food is scrumptious and prices are quite reasonable

I had ordered a delivery of paneer roll and got egg in my roll along with paneerIm sure if it were a person who eats non veg its fineBut I was on a 2 months ritual of only eating vegAnd everything aside how do you manage to put egg in paneer when its not what is ordered in first place

My friend had said me that this place serves the best rice and serves the best Manchurian and so I had tried that out and my friend was so very correct as the food was so tasty and rice and the Manchurian balls were really very tasty and amazing and totally worth to have.Along with that we also ordered other food which as belowPaneer tikka sliderPaneertikka slider was bread with stiffing of paneer tikka in it. The biryani was perfect in flavour and taste. It came along with raita.

The restaurant looks like a Box but the food tastes Delicious. This was my first time that I tasted this type of dish.The dish I ordered was Butter chicken slider and chicken Bhuna Slider. Chicken Bhuna Slider was the best it was spicy and the butter chicken slider was some what of sweet. Overall the experience was good.

If you are a night creature around Andheri west area then and looking for snacks or loght food the this place is for you.

Very cool place! Tasty sweet corn chicken soup and fish sticks in ginger-garlic sauce. Open till late. Small and not so good looking, but very nice 🤗

Its been years and this place still stands strong ..The only midnight craving eatery that has tested all seasons and times but still continues strongly.

A Good Spot to eat food , is open till 3/5 am and has a verities of cuisines to select from , pocket friendly too . If youre looking to have a midnight meal with some friends at a good price (near Andrei RTO ) this is the place you want to be at .

Awesome place to have Punjabi, Chinese and tandoori food. Its a boon to all the night owls. Their sliders are highly recommended also Lahsuni (garlic) Paneer Tikka.

Got a chance to visit this place with family!! It is a cozy place not very big!! But there is ample of seats to make your self comfortable! U will definitely come back as u get the best chicken and Sea food here!! The fish is so tenderly cooked with all flavours intact u can’t resist it!! The paneer items where also tasty but the chicken is best!!Over all will definitely visit again to taste more items!!

Concern wrt safety during covid, taste has changed since its inception

They dont have a sitting area as shown in the pictures. Like, its not comfortable. The prices are high as compared to the taste of the food. Best thing is they serve round the clock.Like Rocky and MayurTaste: 7/10Ambience: 5/10Service: 8/10Value for money : 6/10

A small little cosy cafe located in RTO lane of Andheri West serving veg and non veg food varieties in numbers. Though it doesnt have that much infrastructure for the outlet but the quality of food delivered and served is the best.  One can also opt for delivery at doorstep. I was much satisfied when I ordered food as the delivery was on time with proper packaging and good quality of food.

Omg just try their butter chicken and you will love it, I have water in my mouth writing this already, so I cant wait to visit them again soon.

TH3 is a late night joint, they serve this mind blowing Sliders... These Sliders are to die for 😍😍 The best place in Andheri West for your after party!! Their Rolls are also out of the world... Supa Yummm!!! TH3 serves food in your car and also has a mini sitting area upstairs. Its an anytime food place. They cater home delivery too. Happy Eating!! I enjoy eating at TH3 :)

The third house has lot of variety of food under one roof. Their price is very reasonable and the accomodation is not that big but can accommodate around 15-18people on the top floor.I tried chicken tikka masala from the sliders which was my all time favourite. The tikka masala was sandwiched between two chapatis and was cut in four pizza like pieces, it had small chunks of pieces which was really delicious to me. Was served with green chutney.Chicken seekh kebab was very fulfilling compared to other brands kebabs. It was cooked very well. It was served with green chutney, onion and lemon.In main course I had prawns with chilly which was again really good. It had capsicum, onion and large pieces of finely cooked prawns dipped in chilly sauce.Murgh tikka biryani was a great combination of chicken, rice and other spices. It was served piping hot.I really liked the gulab jamun, two large pieces dipped in sweet syrup which was considerably hot. It was cooked extremely well and it tasted amazingly good.The staff provided excellent service.

The food is damn awsm , specially sliders. one must try this out , there is not much ambience , but as the food is good then its totally ohk .

I was skeptical at first when a friend recommended visiting The Third House in Andheri. Skeptical because the restaurant didn’t look all that appealing online. But one visit there and it changed my mind forever and for the better!The Third House surpasses your expectations, truly! Being a vegetarian, I was wondering if I will be able to relish the food here, along with my non vegetarian friends. For starters, we ordered 3 different types of momos – steamed, schezwan and tandoori. They were simply yum! I had had the tandoori momos for the first time in Mumbai and they were unique and simply mouthwatering.Next up was Paneer Lehsuni which was just perfect with lightly sautéed and finely chopped garlic, tossed in a rich sauce.For the main course, we ordered their authentic, trademark Desi sliders (Paneer Makhanwala and Tikka Masala). These naan “pockets” were simply amazing with a generous filling of fresh, succulent paneer and veggies stuffed in cheese naan. The Makhanwala variety could have been a little spicy though. Was too sweet for my taste. My friends ordered their favourite Butter Chicken & mushroom sliders. One desi slider is so filling that it is as good as a one time meal. Next time, I wish to try their Biryanis!Looks like The Third House is extremely popular with teenagers and 30-somethings because they are pocket friendly and mainly coz they are available until 0400 hrs IST! That’s the best part because you can order food anytime after midnight if you are arranging house parties.So if you are having late night cravings or wanna simply have a hearty, finger licking good food, head to the Third House!

The quantity of the dal was amazing. Perfect for 2. See the thing is that not all restaurants balance the masala taste. T3H basically nailed every masala oriented dish. Nothing was too spicy nor too bland.Kung Pao Potatoes - Spicy AF... and tasty AF. Thats all :)Garlic Paneer in white cheese sauce - OMG this dish, ive never eaten a combo of paneer, cheese sauce and garlic all together. A must have item.Dal Makhani and Rice - Its a mixture of both in 1 container topped with some cream. A perfect meal for 1.
