Worst service ever.. I had ordered for a party. After confirming the order at around 9, it was cancelled at 10.55 by the restaurant on its own. I was assured multiple tomes that the order would be delivered. Worst possible scenario. Had to arrange something last minute for the guests.

Never order food here. Idiots working here are famous in complete kharghar for their worst n delayed services.

I am a regular member of KFC kharghar as I have been ordering food from Kfc for the past 3 years.Kfc Kharghar has been disappointing since last year as whenever we order food there is something or the other missing and then we have to callback kfc and then they apologize and send the missing items. This has not happened once but over 6 times (Yes I have been keeping count). Frustrated by this i started ordering from KFC seawoods and they have never disappointed me. Post lockdown,KFC kharghar opened on sept 25,2020. I tried ordering from kfc kharghar today and this time around I thought that they might have improved after lockdown. I ordered 4 dips and baam they gave me all the mayonnaise dips, 2 orders of strips missing. I wasnt even disappointed this time around. And the usual, called them and told them to get my stuff. KFC kharghar I hope you improve your services coz its HIGH TIME NOW.PS: They have also reduced the quantity of dips as you can see in the picture.

It tastes okay not the kfc as it was before.

It was late around 22:00hrs, the place was quiet neatly maintained distance being maintained was clearly seen among the customers. The only thing is the popcorns were crispy but not Hot and the Wings had a slimy texture when u bit into it and had a very nasty aftertaste. So deducting 1 star for it. Rest the person and staff incharge were polite.

Hot wings were yummy❤️🤤 and as usual Double Down tops the list❤️❤️ fries werent worth it. It smelled something like idli ka chutney.

They serve fresh chicken piping hot and crunchy.Staff is polite and the premises is kept clean.Getting out of the KFC outlet at night is quite a task.I had bad experience at their Vashi outlet recently but very happy with the service at Kharghar branch.

People have to be queue in most of the time. Prices are more. Place Should be maintained properly.

I am pure vegetarian.I have tried its choco lush shake and must say that its one of the best shakes compared to kevinters, McDonalds etc.

Went there all the way from Taloja to place an order, and not even a proper person to assist with how to place an order and other details. Two numbers that are printed for taking or helping with orders on their outdoors, dont even work (not in coverage and incorrect number).Came home unhappy with the experience, wont be visiting this KFC outlet ever again.

Good Food for chicken lover

The food is amazing but sometimes the quantity of the food is very bad. Also the environment inside the mall can just seem like a normal outdoor restaurant with switched off ACs and houseflies roaming around.

Nice outlet of kfc. But atmosphere can be better than what it is now. Poor service than the other outlets. Food u get served is at room temperature. Ideally it should be hot... so u have to request for it. Comparatively staff is less than the requirement. Spot is correct. Easily visible from road.

Open till 10pm in the night as the Glomax mall in which it is located, closes at 10. However, you can order online sitting in the premises only, collect the parcel and eat it there as we did today at 10:45 pm.

Staff lack knowledge of the menu and are least interested in taking your order.Food is inconsistent as per kfc standards.Stay away from Smokey grilled chicken here, its dry and lacks seasoning. Burgers are no good either, the bread used is stale & crumbles into pieces. The lettuce used is not fresh & crunchy like McDonalds. Chicken wings with hot sauce is too much or too little. Hot and Crispy is soggy instead of crispy. Dirty washroom & sticky tabletops. Most of the items on the menu are not ready so you have to wait for your order. Dont rely on this place for a quick bite if you are in a hurry.

KFC are best known for their tasty Chicken!!At this place the location is good and quiet spacious so u can spend a good time with the food and as well as with your friends!!I specially like the Veg Zinger Burger here and with that , the chilled Crushers are Amazing to have them.The services are good and fast here and the staffs member are very good and polite with manner!! Would like to go again for the food to enjoy.

While it is not American KFC it is KFC with an Indian flare. You can go spicy or not. Most Indians don’t think it is spicy enough and most America’s think it is too spicy. If you’re in the middle then you’ll be delighted! This location is good. It’s clean. The staff are well trained and professional in dealing with foreigners. While it is “fast food”, it is not so fast. Be patient. Like most places in India ordering takes time and getting the order right takes a little more time. Keep asking. Reorder what’s missing. Eventually you’ll succeeded. If you’re used to dipping sauce with your chicken strips you’ll be disappointed but you can be creative and use ketchup, mayo, or even 1,000 island. Go and tell them the Colonel sent you!

I had a great time in having food in KFC located in the Glomax Mall, Kharghar. But, The order will be delayed for sometime due to the lack of employees in the specific branch. The place is having cozy and good ambience.

Nice joint. Foods are fresh and portion size is good. Enough space for everyone. Best thing is it is next to bus stop and enough parking is available at basement.

Located in crowded and commercial area of Kharghar. Like always, kfc has its own unique style of cooking mainly chicken. Unique taste is not so new to mention. Nice ambience, courteous and professional staffs, good hygiene puts kfc among must go restaurants.

Relative organized a birthday party here, they assign 1 person for all the guest and he is busy inside most of the time, poor service, had to remind him of everything. As half of the things like water, drinks were not in time. They could manage better.

Disgusting atmosphere!! The staffs over here are not at all obedient to customers..The music was so louder that I couldnt sit peacefully..even I told 3times to their executive for reducing the music volume but they didnt make it happen.. response is very very bad..they dont even deserve one⭐..they deserve the worst review ever..

Worst KFC branch ever visited.They missed to pack 1 complete item in triple treat in my first visit. They missed one burger and wings for second time. but luckily i have noticed before leaving. they didnt even check the bill for what we had paid for.Before i have placed the order already one argument was going on that they had given one persons items to other person. Still they are making fun of it. Simply unprofessional. Didnt expect this type of careless service from KFC.

Be careful for what you order. Servers are trained to punch in higher amount order. Eg if you say meal they will put in large instead of regular. Only Pepsi then large will be served by default. So just ensure about it beforehand.

KFC....!!!!! Food as always is yummy since they follow a standard process and source their own ingredients, spices and products. Not much to stay about service coz they were understaffed. But all the guys including the manager, cashier and floor boy were on constant hustle, making a lot of efforts to keep the customers happy.

Food quality is not satisfactory, everywhere flies are there which discomfort all.. No washroom inside.. food tastes different than other outlets.. staff is good but maintenance is poor.. no room fresheners used and stingy smell is everywhere..

The place is just ok. The service is very slow and not systematic. On has to wait in line for a long time. Its very embarrassing when you get served something that was put on some one elses tray. Perfect Food court in Suburbs

Horrible Experience each and every time.. they take almost 1.30 to 2 Hrs to deliver something simple as wings..The restaurant manager blames the staff and delivery tie ups for the same. He asked me to cancel when I asked the reason for delay.Horrible attitude, consistent poor services and no professionalism at all.

Severe shortage of staff at the peak dinner hours. Ordered rice bowl and burger. Did not get spoons, ketchups and tissue papers.. had to walk up to the counter whenever the necessity of each item was felt.. no complaints about the food..

Absolutely bad experience, cicken was dry and had to wait for around 45 min still the order was not called up and then later we had to go to the counter and ask again about the order then they realised about the order and gave it after 15 min very bad expierence i ll give no star for it but the algorithm doesnt let us to leave without giving a star
