Discovered this place as I was walking around Kala Ghoda with my friend and what an excellent find! An ideal place to go an read a book on peace with good coffee.The menu had a variety of options. The touchless QR code ordering is super easy and the seated spaces are all comfy to sink into for any chat!!They have a lot of breads and cakes to try from. Should definitely give this place a try if you looking for something quite and It will impress you beyond your expectations, definitely!!

This is an excellent restaurant to go to. It is a lovely cafe with excellent food variety, incredible taste, exceptional service, and perfect pricing! For the experience that you have here and the quality of the food that they serve, they could certainly afford to charge more but the fact that they have such affordable pricing makes Zen Cafe one of the places you can visit frequently and one of the best places you can go to in general. The food that they post on instagram is exactly how it is served in the restaurant as well. The presentation of it is enticing and the food is delectable. Not to mention they have healthy options too! The ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant is very comfortable and relaxing as well. The staff members are prompt, kind, hospitable and welcoming. I would certainly recommend Zen Cafe to anybody. Must try the hot chocolate with almond milk and the chocolate croissant!

This is one of my favourite cafes in South Bombay. It’s my go-to place of comfort that I visit regularly despite it being 20 min away from home. The menu is concise and tasteful (literally and figuratively) and offers a decent selection. Orders come to the table pretty quickly too, and the staff is great. I love the vibe of Zen Cafe in general. One of my favourite things to order is the Salted Caramel Latte. I Highly recommend it..

This Cafe around Kala Ghoda was an Excellent find. Although the ambience was good and relaxing. The food is exceptional...not too great. Not a go to cafe.

Getting stuff done online at Zen Cafe, with a Make my own sandwich with Arugula, grilled Aubergine and Zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and caramelized onions...mmmm mmmmm good!! Iced tea was great only the umpteen lemon slices made it too tart half way through...

Very Clear and Quite place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice ambiance and most important they plant a real small tree inside the cafe,very appreciate for that. Food is nice not that yemmi. BT ha try Healthy shakes at the last in the menu.Thank you

Stumbled across this place as I was walking around Kala Ghoda and what an excellent find! I was looking for a place with good coffee and a place to read and I was impressed beyond my expectations. Lets start with the food: The coffee is absolutely excellently prepared. During my first visit, I cautiously ordered a mocha and asked for it to be properly hot (you know how any steamed milk drink tend to be lukewarm always) and was very very impressed with the attention to detail and the flavour. I then decided to order a grilled cheese (again, tentatively and because I was hungry but wanted something safe and hard to mess up) and MAN was it DELISH!! I had the capers, sundried tomato and arugula sourdough grilled cheese and it was just absolutely excellent. The attention to detail in prep carried over in the sandwich as well.Now to the ambience and service. Besides covid protocols (which are table stakes now) this place has a very clean and calming feel. Very nice ambient music and the seated spaces are all comfy enough to work from or sink into for a chat / to read.The service is also impeccable. The touchless QR code ordering is super easy and Sameer helped me with anything I needed over the lengthy time I was there, reading and working. Overall, a very nice experience. I hope this place doesnt get too crowded! (fingers crossed...)

Disappointed with foodZen cafe at lower Parel was my second home.I was happy that they switched to my vicinity in fort but yesterday the food at Zen really disappointed me.Tried my standard dishes which I use to order prior but with interiors I think even the taste of food have changed.Ordered food:1-Aam Pana (sour,very blend taste of mango and jaggery, balance of Indian spices were missing)2-Mango pizza (too sour )3-Teriyaki Tofu4-Panini Sandwich Cucumber,lettuce and tomato-(Need some dressing inside or else becomes to dry)5-Chocolate ganache-(Best part of the meal)Not worth visting

Food was amazing, if on the slightly pricey side. The ambience makes for a really nice experience. Definitely worth a visit if youre in the Kala Ghoda area.

Beautiful place. Lovely ambiance, friendly staff. Beautiful decor. A menu to die for, I wanted to eat everything. Can heartily reccomend the Apple, cucumber and basil juice as well we the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onion and gherkin which literally made me drool and converted even my carb phobic husband.

Fantastic cafe with great food, tea, and coffee. Definitely go for the cardamom chai and aeropress coffee. The pumpkin ravioli was also so delicious! Fast WiFi and power outlets as well!

It is basically located inside a Interior Decor shop but it has got good ambience and silence which makes the place more beautiful. The food menu has a lot of good options to try on. A very quite, quaint and cozy place to have your Sunday Brunch with a good, hearty talk with friends. Its located in the plush streets of Kala Ghoda with high end fashion stores all around. The food is really amazing. We had the grilled veggies quesadillas and guacamole with chips which definitely tasted beyond our expectations. We also had a black coffee with ginger shot and turmeric froth. That was quite innovative. The place gets really busy at Sunday afternoon so the service might get delayed a bit. But the wait and patience is worth it since food tastes so good and fresh. Also, the service personnel is sweet and laborious. Though the prices are a bit high but you wont mind paying them at the end considering the overall experience that you get there.

Small cafe in the by lanes next to ayubs . The guacamole with chips was below average . But chocalate hazelnut ganache outstanding ! Nice place to have a sit out with friends & enjoy a casual coffee starters or desert . They had these big sofa seatings on the mezzanine level which looked super comfy !

Visited the cafe late at night, the staff were very cordial and understanding so as to accomodate us even though it was nearly closing time, the food was really good and so are the desserts, its quite a variety available and the food was prepared really well and tasted delicious. A quaint cafe located in a small alley in kala ghoda. Filled with simple and minimalist interiors, this place is something that will catch your eyes. The interiors have a certain sense of calmness to them which makes this place a perfect little something to grab coffee in the evening.

A really nice and peaceful cafe. Loved their sandwiches and the mushroom toast I had. The vibe is really peaceful, the staff helpful yet non intrusive. Their WiFi connection is good too. Had been their with my colleagues for a meeting. The food portion is not a lot, but its good quality.

Very poor quality and taste. Everything was either par or sub-par. The rice of the risotto and the bread in the jalapeno cheese toast were both horrible tasting, if not undercooked or stale. Wont be going here again!

Had heard great things about this cafe but was very disappointed at lunch today. Most items on the menu werent available as ingredients werent there. The staff told us the chef and the manager come in at 1 pm which is why the items werent there. Loud construction work in the cafe further ruined the experience!

Nice ambience, and the place is relatively empty compared to other places in the area. If you are looking to enjoy some decent food in a peaceful environment, you will enjoy Zen Cafe. The menu is minimalistic in true Zen style, but the food is good. If you are a vegetarian, all the more reason to like this place - its pure veg.

Hidden in the architecture and interior designing culture is this quite place. The coffee is not the greatest but it does have a peculiar humming to it that calls you back. A good place to get a quick bite alone or with others.
