The property is new and modern. It offers rooms with city view and partial sea view. The hotel is located by the side of Palladium shopping mall which is quite beneficial for long stay guests. The cleanliness and housekeeping is absolutely high standards.The gym is very well maintained and staff is quite helpful. I have stayed for 2 months during covid restrictions situation most of the time hence can’t give you fair review of bar. In my experience Bar on 37 floor is quite good for couples on date and wasn’t a happening place for solo travelers for sure.PS - Higher floors (above 24) with partial sea view offers my favorite view from this hotel.

Very nice hotel, not only for rooms but also for serviced apartments. Also right next to Phoenix shopping mall. It is about half an hour drive to downtown Nariman.The hotel is decorated in Asian style and you will find different restaurants

The accommodations were excellent. Every interaction with staff went above expectations.Seven Kitchens was incredible. I could eat here 3 times a day. The variety and quality was perfect. My only complaint was that I filled up to quickly. The staff was kind and helpful and pointed out specials.

Don’t eat here you will get food poisoning for sure! The hotel is so rundown the staff can’t even manage basics, also the stay is not worth the price! This is really unfortunate but I’m really unhappy with the entire experience I had a full fledged wedding here and they couldn’t even serve hygienic food! So many of my guests complained about the food being bad and uncooked!

The hotel is right next to a big mall, and is very conveniently located. The staff and service were also great. I liked the ambience. Restaurants are good, but over priced. I would suggest going to Phoenix Mall and there are ton of good food options. I cut one star for value for money, otherwise it is a nice 5 star hotel.

This is not q five star hotel.I have quarantined here for work and they literally treated like as if Im in jail.Food is horrible and the service here is so bad. I dont think so I would ever recommend anyone to stay here.It was horrified experience being quarantine here. I literally couldnt eat the food was severd.

The St. Regis is located in one of the most popular areas of Lower Parel Mumbai. Situated right next to Phoenix Mills and Palladium Mall all the shopping and food places are hop skip and jump. I love this the ambience and vibe of this place. They have ample rooms to stay in.The buffet has a decent spread of dishes and dessert. Though I am not a very big fan of their dishes on the menu as most of the food is bland but I really like their chaat, pizzas and dessert. The buffet prices change depending on the day of the week and the hour of the day and the kind of spread they have, with / without alcohol etc so it would be best for you to check with the hotel itself on the pricing. Also it makes one of the best cakes in Mumbai and if you have to order a cake for your someone special and dont really have a budget for it, I would say... Indulge !!!The staff is courteous, well behaved and warm. All in all its a good place to stay or just hop in for a relaxed lunch.

Very luxurious place. Located on top of the Palladium Mall. Has a separate entry than the o e to the mall. One can access the mall from St Regis ground floor. The rooms are luxuriously decorated with good quality fittings. Food is good at the Seven Kitchens. Was crowded on Sunday morning and expect queues for breakfast.

Booked this place for a night. Premium Not smoking room.. got A very good deal of lunch and breakfast and Free cocktail and appetizer hour..The Room had such a royal feel.. each corner of the room was so beautiful and well maintained.. the room was quite spacious with Panoramic view of the mumbai ane the sea..The interior of the entire hotel is so so grand and beautiful..The breakfast had such a wide spread.. so much variety and so yummy food..The staff were also very kind and helpful..Overall had a fantastic stay.. Definitely looking forward to visiting again..

We got a good deal booking via Marriott Bonvoy and since being an elite member we were offered a panaromic view from the room which covered the race course and partial sea. Would have preferred a little higher floor but neverthless we enjoyed the view which got better with mild showers and beautiful sky. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and all the days the view got better and better.The highlight of our stay was the breakfast esp the Mezze counter, bacon and shushi counter. Loved the breakfast every single day.We werent sure whether the roof top and top floors were operational. So, we didnt use it. The main staircase was picturesque. Every bit of Interior screams luxury. The bath amenities provided were good too. It has easy access to Palladium and Phoenix mall from downstairs which was pretty convenient for shopping and restaurants.I noticed something which other Marriott properties does which St.Regis didnt do. Generally they call and ask whether our stay marks any special occasion like aniversary or birthday and they will decorate the room or offer flowers or cake free of cost. Renaissance, Marriott Executive, Westin, Sheraton etc does it irrespective of the city we stay. Nothing of that sort St.Regis offered and they quoted a cost for even offering 500 gm cake or few flowers for birthday stay. Very surprising indeed. St.Regis is such an expensive place, offering few flowers or a 500gm cake isnt gonna dent their balance sheet. Its not like we cant afford the cake, we are staying right at the heart of Mumbai, we can get from any place but offering something as a surprise gesture would have elevated the experience.Hospitality hit a snag on the last day during checkout. There were stains on the hotel cupboards and the in-room fridge wasnt working which spoiled a lot of eatables that we had stored for our road trip. We realised when we opened the fridge during checkout and when we complained to the check out associate - no compensation gesture of any sort was made. She just asked How would you like us to compensate you?. I dunno the compensation process in St.Regis and I am not sure if its monetary or they will replace it with other edible items, why would they expect the affected customer to give them a guideline if they dont have. And then she went about checking us out and didnt bother to follow up. So, the question was just a formality. When we had breakfast concerns in Renaissance, Renaissance Butlers returned with freshly baked fruit cakes as a token of apology, we didnt ask, they offered. That way, St.Regis hospitality need to up their level a bit.

This is situated at prime and popular location in mumbaiThats lower parel, next to phonix mill mall.Entry from gate is excellent, staff services and security guard doing well job.From staring you feeling good vibes.As you enter, and scanning, very nice chandelier in elevator also and many places very good lighting.Very neat and clean and lavish place.As we booked for buffet dinner and seven kichen is ResturantFood was excellent.Taste is good.Decorating are was very good. Susi must try,Hummus and pasta Pizza was good.

Had recently been to the property and even though they had 90% reservations (as informed by the check in staff) they were more then courteous to accommodate our requests. The staff was polite and attentive to detail, the rooms are well designed and the views with the sea view are absolutely stunning. The buffet has quiet the large spread and has something for everyone. If you’re in the city side this hotel is a must try.PS : I did have the honour to see the great Neeraj Chopra who recently won the Gold Medal for the Javellin throw in the Tokyo Olympics 2021.

This was my worst 5 star experience. This was not expected. There was a dinner buffet included in our package but it was a very small menu and the dinner was served so late that it took us more than 3 hours for dinner. All the customers were furious ans complaining. we really had high hopes as were wanting to stay at Regis since a long time. But extremely poorThe food was not tasty at all. The food at dinner was not even cooked properlyThe quantity of the food was not justified for the price charged.The management was a big messwe will not recommend this hotel.

I ate the morning breakfast buffet which ended up giving me food poisoning. Absolutely unacceptable when one is paying so much. The staff seem like they havent interacted with customers in decades, so cold. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Rooms are very,good and beautiful..but food which serves,for 4 days was very, poor quality,even I didnt eat chapti was,like rubber and sabji, taste less, breakfast was, ok ok, in they used to serve 1 slice of onion,1 slice of cucumbers, 1 slice of toamto. With big foil container.

Stay experience in st.Regis, Mumbai was excellent.However food variety for dinner was very limited. due to corona situation hotel was occupied with less capacity.Mr.Abhishek cooperated and arranged some mouth watering delicacies which we enjoyed very much.we thaught of having dinner in different restaurant but only Sahib room was open and menu of all restaurants was merged with limited items.Little disappointed about that.

Had booked The St. Regis for a staycation on the Valentines weekend and we had booked with 2 meals included, dinner and breakfast.. however, was a extremely disappointed with the overall experience.. at reception we were told that we have got an upgrade but when we opened the blinds in the room we could see some very old buildings and slums.. so the view was ruined..Stay Experience: In the evening and in the morning till we checked out there were children screaming all over the floor.. the rooms had very thin walls it seems.. we could never had that feel of privacy... We could hear people talking in the next room... Speaking of the aesthetics, there was none.. The room decor could have been better had I done the interiors and trust me I am no artist.. Speaking of grandness, again, there was none..Now lets talk about the food: The buffet dinner wasnt as per 5star standards.. the food was pretty mediocre.. we went for a dinner and breakfast plan and a few of the dishes in the menu were redundant in the Dinner and Breakfast menu... The quality was not that great either.. the mutton I expected to be tender and juicy however, the meat was very sticky.. The seafood wasnt well marinated as well.. One more thing, when we were done with our dinner, we were asked to fill a feedback form and looking at our review the waiter came following us disappointed in a way like why didnt you give us the best rating... How can you challenge a customers feedback? Now lets talk about the breakfast.. When we had called The St Regis before booking our stay we were told that the dinner and the breakfast would be at The Seven Kitchens.. The dinner was at The Seven Kitchen, however, the breakfast wasnt.. The breakfast was in a banquet hall.. to be honest, I got a 3star breakfast experience..One more point where we were disappointed, we booked a room with bathtub, but unfortunately there wasnt any bubble bath available as per their recently changed policy and also the bathtub wasnt comfortable enough.. Hence we couldnt enjoy the bathtub at all..So overall, The St. Regis doesnt deserve to be in the top 5 stay options in Mumbai..

Hotel is situated at lower Parel next to the Phoenix Mall. Interiors are very good check in and check out smooth. One gets a lavish feeling to be there, of course its a 5 star still. Room had all the aminities one can ask for. I like the concept of turn down amenity. I tried Indian high tea which was fantastic something 1500 + taxes. Dinner was included in the package during this restriction time weekend dinner is buffet and it was good. Service during the dinner was just fabulous. TV had mostly all the required HD channels. WiFI is good, working station is also good. All charging points working, if you dont have the charger can use USB cable to charge the phone option is given. Breakfast was huge lots of varities and service was good. Will come back soon!

Lovely Ambience. Seven kitchens has excellent food. Since it is foreigner friendly they had almond milk as well for lactose intolerant people. Luna and Drawing room were awesome too. Recommend a hotel stay at this property, even if you are in same city you will be transported to the top floors of south Mumbai with awesome views. Rooms are very well decorated

At Covid times they should keep proper hygiene nd safety but there ; the scenario was totally opposite.…200 to 300 guests were there for buffet..many groups had come, I felt like I had come to attend some marriage not a luxurious nd relaxing stay.Food was served like “bhandaras “…,crockery was not clean nd scratched ,not at all up to the mark like five star.I had booked a suit room nd room was also not up to the mark.I had to Stand in a queue for check -in about one and a half hour …nd still got wrong room …which I had to change again…...checkin time was 2 o’clock nd I got my suit room at 4.30.Overall my stay was disappointing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻messy stay🙃🙃🙃🙃.Felt unsafe all the time🤯Will never recommend 🤔

First of all I was amazed with view from my room. The service offered was top notch with easy check in and check out. The food was good and healthy. The ambience was good with proper hygiene offered. I would really recommend this place as it is worth staying here with family and friends.

We stayed there for one night and while checking in, they said they need to hold 5000 as a security amount which they will release when I check out. So they took 5000 extra from my debit card. At the time of check out they started giving various reasons and said that money will take upto 7 working days to refund back in your account. This is pure misguiding ! You are clearly holding funds that do not belong to you! Its been 2 days and still the money is not reflected in my account. Duty manager Suman is just blaming the bank for this. There are other reviews as well which state the same issue. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never faced such issue. I would never recommend anyone to fall in this trap ! No hotel has a policy like this.
