Very beautiful and peaceful well maintained hotel. All rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and facilities and spacious too. But hotel is renamed to Hotel Royal Galaxy with new management.

The location is good. Hotel RK Residency is nowhere written, it is on the 3rd Floor of the building of Hotel Sai Leela. Thankfully they didnt deny stay like other oyo hotels because of low tarrif or whatever. Room was decent and clean. Service was good.

If you are looking for a place in Andheri east at a low cost then this one suffices. Nothing very good about it. Basically all was ok.

Not even close to an average stay for the amount paid.. room not clean washroom was too small. I dont know when was the last comforter or pillow was given for cleaning... Please level up for the amount youll take for booking.

If there was a lower, I would have rated it.The hotel check-in help is drunk or high out of his wits. He was trying to deduct 21,830/- out of my account when the payable was 2183/-. Thats not the end of it. He forgot that we even gave him a passport as id proof. And kept on asking the id proof. He even asked us to give our Visa, and we are Indian citizen in India. To show us our room he opened everybody elses rooms. We even got to see a guy wake up terrified in his own room. To top it all, the guy didnt bother getting up at the checkout. Naam tha Raju, dobara na sunna pade.

Staff service is actually very bad. Only the manager And a lady is very good. Location is very good. Rooms are clean, but size of the rooms are too small.

Place was ok.Pros: Clean Room but were a bit small in sizeCons: very poor ventilation, hot water not working in my room, More of a lodge than a Hotel.Recently most of the rooms booked via Oyo and go ibibo had No to very limited channels working on TV in side the room. This one had the same issue too.
