Worst hotel everrrr ..dnt go..staff is rude.. bedsheets,.. blankets.. pillows everything was dirty ..when asked them to change those stuff .. they plainly igorned our request..n they even charged us extra for just few minutes delay checkout

There were a few hotels at walkable distance from the hotel. Theres a rule of no outside food. So, even if youre tired as hell, youll have to go out and eat. The food they provide at the hotel is okay, but its at double the actual cost. Zero hygeine and cleanliness. Even after I told them to clean the room, they didnt.

The rooms were way too small and they were dirty as well. Room and linen had an unpleasant smell. I booked the room through Oyo but oyo toiletries were not provided and not even hotels toiletries were provided. Ac would stop working on its own in every 5 min so booking an AC room was useless for me. Tv wasnt working. And there was no dustbin neither in the room nor in the washroom.

No proper tie up with oyo.. had to wait and talk for oyo representative for check-in issues.AC gets automatically off and had to remind to the receptionist regarding this. This is not AC technical fault but they purposely put it off from the back end.Room was purposely put off to no power supply for about an hour , when asked .. they said . Sorry galti se band kardiya apka current supply.According to oyo checkout till 12 pm is complimentary but I had to pay extra 200 for this.What the hell is going on?

You will end up emptying your pockets and wasting your money for wosrt service, worst room and wosrt food. Never ever book it. They demand very high price for their room which does not qualifies for the amount of more than 1k. If they are providing you room for 2 guest below 1k then it is OKAY( just okay not good). Rooms are small. Outside food not allowed and the food which they provide is very costly and is not hygienic.Staff behaviour is also not good. Kindly think twice before booking this hotel.

I book for 2x room, they provided single x room. Outside foods not allowed. Food rates from their menu is very high. Staff is good. AC not maintained. Too far from both metro stations.

The room given to me was horrible i.e. Room Number 205 at even Rs.1000. The curtain rod was broken and curtain was hanging. I need to leave early in the morning at around 7.30 am and when I woke up in the morning, there was no water in room. When I asked the Reception they said it will take 30-40 minutes. Giving no alternative.I literally waited and again called after 30 minutes to ask and they were so rude and said to wait more 30 minutes as If we are servants. When I said that I would complain about them, etc, they became soft and said to wait..After which they informed me to go to another room on another floor to freshen up..Seriously? This bad service? When checking out, he asked me to open OYO app and show him..I opened and he immediately gave himself 5 stars when asked, he said that they have to do this..This hotel NEEDS TO GET REMOVED FROM OYO LIST ASAP.. WORST OYO EXPERIENCE

The hotel service is not good, they keep you waiting while check-in for a long time, wont provide proper towel soap from their side. Even provided towel was so worst you wont touch it. Only good to stay if the price hotel is in normal range.

The worst hotel ever i have stayed. Kindly dnt visit as they will charge more amount of money than booking amount. Worst behaviour by the front desk people who sits there.. waste of money and time. Rooms are so bad and so small that One person cant move inside the room. Ac never works. Room service is very poor. They dnt even bother about the guests.

Worst hotel stay so far the rooms are so small. The condition of bathroom is even worse its so small that it only allows you to stand still you cannot even move in it. They didnt even give you bowls with food not even after asking for bowl they simply deny. The TV of my room was not working after complaining the staff didnt do anything and said maybe theres some other problem. Theres no ceiling fan in the room because the height of the room is so less. Theres only one pedestal fan at the side wall. The stay was very uncomfortable.

The worst experience i ever had there were cockroaches in the rooms, the Lenin was at its worst, there were bed bugs, the amount of dust and debris under bed is more than you can find in trash can, even after asking there was no change and the ac was not working properly. I stayed because i payed money try ti avoid it please. And oyo rooms kindly please remove it.

Not clean at all. Rooms smell. Comod seat broken and no one is bothered to fix it. Staffs are good but the property and the rooms are pathetic. Breakfast is disappointing and terrible. Tea is pathetic.

Very good Hotel, Well Furnished Room. AC, TV & Giser Arr well working. Staff are polite and co-operative. Breakfast is good. The hotel is very near to Sakhinaka metro station. Overall a very good Experience

The room was nice but the washroom is to small and in room some tym the fan is not working the wifi is not working ....the service is not proper the in house resturant is too slow for service no soup in batroom.the name of hotel is very nice but the service is poor ..

Excellent Experience To Stay At Oyo Ascot In...

Not much of experience but the water was leaking from the ac all remotes were without covers. Not clean around the lobby and the rooms which helps feel refreshing.

Room was damp. There was no ventilation. Linen never changed. Overall stay was not comfortable.

Its an good experiance but room was okok and for cleanliness I will give 3.5 Star only because washroom was not clean well and they have to use room freshner too but staff behaviour were too good.Thats why m giving 5 rating for this.

Worst experience with this hotel, no cleaning after several remainders, no proper response for compaints. Room handed over in a worst condition and same was countiues for till check out. Condoms are laying on room when we enter into room, and I complained to manager bud no action taken, cleaning was not happened on daily bases.

Very pathetic, dirty linen. Late service. We have to ask for each and every service and the worst thing even water bottle was not provided by the hotel which is a mendatory from oyo side.

We were about to be denied check-in saying that we had local IDs despite the fact that the hotel accepts the same. The staff were reluctant to be helpful and the property was not clean.
