Clean place.. Good and cooperative staff

It was okay kind of thing and costly comparatively, not much higenic !!

Worst experience I ever had, poor service. I stay there bt they dont provide me bill till now. Poor communication service.

Thank you so much to the Hotel Team and Management. I left something behind at the hotel and also wanted them to issue another receipt.. They immediately worked on it and the receipt was sent in the hour by email. The item was returned within the day. Totally beyond my expectation. You can totally trust this hotel! Whilst staying there everything was so clean and the service was very attentive. Will always be a customer here.Met the owners who are themselves managing and taking personal interest in the hygiene and comfort of the guests

Great Staff, Excellent Location and well maintained rooms. The Hotel has a homely experience and all the basic amenities are at walking distance.I stayed here for 4 days and my experience was good. It a budget hotel and the owners are themselves maintaining it.My brief conversion with the owners made me astonished about their humbleness

Nice hotel nestled in the center of the city

The owner will not even let you breathe after the checkout timings. I had a latenight at work i overslept and got up at 11 so went to take a bath the staff started banging the door and the owner used words like we know these tactics which is completely unacceptable even i am in the service business and thats not how you treat your client. Property was also smelly and the washrooms were dirty most of the time.I have never given one star to anyone being a traveller but yes just because of the owners son i am going ahead to give a one star just because that is minimum !

Nice hygiene place to stay. Big sharing rooms, clean washrooms, with all the basic facilities like TV, comfortable bedding, cupboard, AC, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, security and a lot more. Person moving to Mumbai must visit this place before accommodating anywhere. This place ticks on all boxes while searching for a PG or sharing room.

This one is a rejoinder to owners reply. They charge for packaged drinking water but instead they provide tap water from tap near bathroom in a very unhygienic conditions. I have photos of the same. He did not reply to that. Next electricity charges for common area they will not provide full information stating we can not share the information and will charge arbitrarily. And for allegation that he charged for 15 days on prorata basis is blatant misrepresentation. I started staying on 15 Sept 2019 and left on 11 December 2019 but have paid toll 15 December 2019. They are not interested in improvising in service. But, blatantly start accusing the customer, when they find ratings not suitable to them.

Staff expects you to give them money for their caretaking. The owner is very rude. The WiFi speed is next to zero. And jio sim doesnt work in the first floor.For water as well you have to come down to fill up your bottle. Washrooms were common and not present inside the rooms.Laundry and tiffin services had to be arranged personally, they didnt had any partnership with any of them.Utensils were not there and the ones you buy were common and shared with everyone in the PG

The hotel was good. Staff and services was quite nice, it was a budget hotel so it is good for single stay, rooms of the hotel was not that specious single person can manage, they dont have restaurant in the hotel, location of the hotel was easily accessible. It was good for professional stay.

Really a good Hotel as well as PGWorth enough for the costif, you can spend approx 15k for PG, this is the BEST PG (3-4 Sharing) for you with all the facility including AC.(No Food), But hotels/resturents are near by.

Worst experience.owner is a big cheater. Takes security deposit of a month and ensures that you never get it.owner is of cheap mindset and uses abusive language and shoutes if you question his dirty tricks. As he is an old person, people normally doesnt give back the treatment they receive from old man .Sincere advice if you have an option never ever go and stay in nest inn pg.

Hotel was good , near to Malad station & approx 5 km from Boriwali national park. staff was cooperative . Good for family stay.

Very very poor service. Was denied of breakfast saying today Sunday is there when it was written at the time of booking free breakfast. Rooms are not up to the mark and the bathrooms are too small. Please dont waste your money and time by booking this hotel.

Stayed in Nest Inn for 5 months from July till mid-Dec 2018..Superb facilty ..Little bit costly ..Well located and connected with IT parks and shopping malls.Caretaker Arun is well behaved and very helpful..

Very bad experience, My friend tourist to india, Anil gupta owner , he tried to threaten my friend. And he took his money and didnt gave him back.. asked more than discussed money as deposit. He schemed him.. Dont recommend to anyone, Specially to tourist.
