I have my home here so let me tell few things about this society, this society is having 4 wings of which D wing is hotel residency the other A,B &C wings are Society (Lake Bloom CHS), mostly housed by families, engineers, Lawers and Doctors.The society have a few advantage is the rental are considerably low considering the (POWAI) location just because its located 2 min walking distances from Noisy Sakivihar Rd, the area is Cool and calm surrounded by trees, its behind Solaris, and has park for elders and kids to play around. Society is well maintained, the society is gas pipe line and CCTV with Security guard for each wing.Ideal for working professionals, since many Business Parks and companies around and good connectivity to Western and Central rail line.

There are 2 different types of properties in the same campus, i.e. one apt for single occupancy (Oyo 67085) and the other one for double occupancy (Oyo 11908). When you book through Oyo app, it books for 2 people in single occupancy type as well whereas bed area is insufficient for one person only. Refer attached photograph.So, please be careful to book in the Oyo having double occupancy only (Oyo 11908). Even Oyo customer care wont know about this and you will come to know only when you reach the destination and will be left with no options. It is of Oyo 67085 Hotel Lake Bloom Residency.

A nice place and get the same through Oyo with a very economic price.This is consisting of around 60 rooms in a service apartment.However this is only suitable to them those looking for economic range hotel, guest house. Near by that area hardly some one will get vegetarian hotel. A nice place with parking facility and good for family staying.

Lately we have been travelling a lot and therefore the need to find a good hotel room. Hotel lake bloom room was decent and clean, helpful staff and courteous .. i dint like their serviced apartment rooms so exchanged for usual hotel room type. They have 2 options.Menu needs to be updated in the room..cause after you order they charged us differently then what is mentioned in menu card in the room. Overall My experience two months ago booking oyo hotels was not great. Infact one of the hotel in jammu was a disaster. The rooms shown in the photos and what we actually got was totally different. Cockroaches flying all around....no ac ( they gave us big cooler which wasnt cooling but made loud sound, dirty black commode toilets..linen not changed for months probably. But we had no choice since we reached at 2 am.we dint even bother to unpack...woke up at sunrise and walked out. Therefore never expect oyo room to be same as to what they advertise...before you pay ..check the hotel room thoroughly. Always keep second option of hotel nearby just incase. Thats what we did in hotel lake bloom. We checked the room before confirming our stay and before making the payment.

Great Oyo, spent a night here. The quality of the rooms is great, and the prices are well worthy. The staff takes good care of the residents and ensures their safety etc. The rooms are great, and the washrooms are very decent (something thats always an issue in OYOs)

Basically its not room in a hotel. Its a flat in which in a 2BHK the give 2 rooms. The vicinity is not that good. Since these are Oyo rooms, they are made good, but service is ok. Breakfast is average that is in terms of its visibility. Taste is not something you can expect from here. Make sure you carry your own plates and spoons cause these people will charge you for that.

Staff is unsupportive. Small small issues.

She booked for swdish. But asking for a very hard presure. She dnt even understand what massage is. Always asking me to do some works just like thinking that i am her servant

Stayed in Treebo on 06.01.18. Room was clean. Toilet and bathroom kept neat and hygeinic. Appreciate hospitality and assistance of Manager and staff. Complementary breakfast was very good. Though I checked out nexy day noon, allowed to safe keep my baggage till 7 p.m. Also arranged transport to drop me at Mumbai domestic airport. Nice, economic place to stay.

This place is Value For Money. Oyo has ensured a seamless customer experience leveraging digitalization. Rooms are clean and visually acceptable. Wash rooms are hygienic though not plush. Service boys are prompt. Breakfast is good, two warm Indian preparations, bread butter jam, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Watch for sudden rush of bulk booking guests during breakfast time, things can get messy. Ola/Uber amply and quickly available. Approach road is not very pleasant. Overall, the best I have seen for the value one pays.

I had stay there for 2 days.Nice & clean room with supporting staff. Transportation easily available for Andheri east station & CST Airport(hardly take 25 to 35 minutes to reach there). Juhu beach is near about 40minutes distance from here.

Giving one star for okay okay RoomsBut taking away 4 stars because1. I did not like the room service. I ordered food, delivery guy forgot to bring proper cutlery and took almost 20 more minutes to bring missing cutlery.2. There was some miscommunication between Oyo and hotel staff. Hotel staff had not received confirmation of our stay with them from Oyo3. Cleanliness was also little below average. I spotted dust circling in my room.4. Window AC was not much comforting5. Health faucet was leaking water from everywhere was tricky to use

Rooms are a bit small and you may feel entrapped but it happens with most budget hotels. Ordered Food was nice but complimentary breakfast was just edible. And cigarette smell in the corridor was a major turn off.

A good serviced apartment cum hotel at Powai near L&T flyover. This place is in 1 km radius of Indian Register of Shipping ,Powai lake , Shipping corporation of India training centre and is well connected.Worth the money you spent to stay here. It is getting good discount if you book via goibibo , make my trip etc.Breakfast is complimentary ,it also has free high speed WiFi. The Highest download speed I got was 2.8 MBPS.

Fabulous Oyo room. The hotel takes booking via Oyo only which makes it really important for them to make sure the facilities are top notch. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor with Excellent french fries. The staff is very young with Oyo volunteers available 24x7. The room service is spontaneous but they overcharge the water and cosmetics by charging more than the MRP. The hotel is very close to Powai lake (IIT Bombay campus) and also near to the Rcity Mall.

Budget stay but experience was poorMe and my mother stayed at Lake Bloom Residency last year December 2016 for 1 night. This was my first experience to stay at serviced apartment. I have picked this stay because it was in my budget (redeemed MMT voucher) and near to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. We had to catch train early in the morning for Goa.The area is slightly off, opposite to industrial factory. Because I have reached too early in the morning by train, around 6am, I managed to convince the manager to get us room early. I noticed him 48 hrs before and luckily they appoint us the room.In the morning, it was a temporary room, because the other room which was assigned to us had guest staying which checked out at 12pm. We had a quick rest before we headed for breakfast. They have little dining area at the ground floor, strictly for the guest only. Nothing special about the food. Buffet, less options, food were cold, egg ready to order but oily.Well come to the cleanliness part - close to horrible experience for us. Tiny cockroaches in the dining area, room, bathroom. This was serious issue! To be added dozens of mosquitoes in the room (both the rooms). Serious cleanliness issue with the dirt under the bed, table and corners of the room. Lenin wasnt clean, I could feel the dirt on it as well. I felt wasted my ₹3500 voucher to book this service apartment.I have read such a good reviews which changed my mind to choose this stay instead of other hotels. Either the people who had reviewed never bother to stay in dirt or it was my bad day to get unhygienic room.

Great place to stay near Powai! This place is very close to the L&T pillar no. 5 and a few kms away from Powai Hiranandani gardens. This is an apartment model where each bedroom is one room for customer and the overall experience is bliss. There is a in-house restaurant and it is decent.

Stayed here for about 2 days... Room service people enquired all the needs... I was too happy to respond to all their queries... But I was really taken aback when none of the issues in the room were addressed. Water stagnation in the rest room, request to change the bath towels in the second day, request to change the bedspreads etc. were the basic needs I asked for. But everything was as it is though I had followed all the instructions given in the room display card. These are the reasons that I have given only 3 stars...

Decent hotel near L&T powai. Rooms seemed to be a bit small but okay for the price offered. Clean washrooms and linen. Good option to stay for businessmen working at L&T since it is at walking distance. Has a restaurant at the ground floor, but I did not try the food. Powai lake is 15mins walk from this place.

A neat and clean budget hotel. Value-for-money. Its an apartment hotel. The single room is slightly cramped for space. But considering the fact that one can book a single room at around Rs. 1200 ( inclusive of breakfast), there isnt much room to crib about the lack of space in the room. Well-behaved and courteous staff. Free toileteries. Free acess to Wi-fi too. Found the food quality to be reasonably good. The breakfast menu, though not elaborate, was tasty and fresh. On the day I checked in, the staff allowed me to keep my luggage in the reception as early as 6 in the morning, even though I was bound to check in after 2 in the afternoon. Easy access to public transport, especially BEST buses. The bus stop is just a stones throw away from the hotel. Uber and Ola cabs are also available from the doorsteps of the hotel.Tip - Try booking through online hotel room aggregators to get the best price

Located near the L&T building, its a nice place to stay here, and enjoy the scenic of Powai lake, a few metres away. Its also one of the cheapest hotel to stay in and around powai. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The room service was good during our stay there. It can be regarded as a better option to stay near IIT, if you are to visit there for any reason.

Budget lodging, nice. Had been to Hotel Lake bloom residency again ( 1st week of may 2018).Hotel is now under Oyo Rooms Brand. Few changes in the hotel amenities provided. 1. They provide normal filtered water now. ( It was bottled water when under Treebo Branding). 2. Breakfast- Choice of break is been reduced fro a choice of 3 to 4 I remember. However, not found any compromise in quality. 3. Toiletries - reduced to shower gel and soap. No moisturiser now. 4. Bed and Linens- Uses the same as 2 months back, neat and clean.

Worst....earlier i had stayed multipletime but now it has been completely non professional. I had faced worst experience more than couple of time, which made me forced to write this. If you have other option you should not opt this.

Service, and the staff is good. Cleanliness is also well mentained. But the bathrooms could be more useful. The doormats should be available instead of putting white towels. Closed rooms smell like hell,. Can work on the wastage of water in the flush and basin.

Located near Powai Lake. Opposite L&T gate no 6. It takes around 20 minutes by Auto rickshaw from Jogeshwari railway station. Hotel has its own restaurant. Food quality and quantity is good. But complimentary breakfast served in the morning was pathetic. Rooms are small but clean. Room service is also good.

The location is pretty close to the airport with accessibility to different modes of transport. The service provided by staff is also quite appreciable as they check your demands and also help with the reservations. They are really approachable incase of any queries.

Extremely poor service!The power kept going throughout the night and they dint even had a genetor, had a horrible experience where I couldnt even get a nice sleep.Talked to the manager in the morning, and he was extremely casual about it and took neither responsibility nor action.Heights of poor service and bad stay. Hotel Lake Bloom Residency is a fine establishment near IIT, Bombay. I used their residency for a single day and night only. However, one has to rent a cab to reach the IIT. Excellent Room service and a helpful environment.

The rooms were really good. Absolutely clean and lovely decor. The only problem were the bell boys. They enter the room using their own key, despite there being someone in the room. One of them did not stop when he was told that guests were in the room already and still used the key he had which is a complete breach of privacy. A couple of times when the bell boys came to deliver things to the room, they immediately entered the room without permission, once even after being asked to not enter. Considering that a majority of us were girls, this is extremely creepy behaviour and needs to be stopped. Its a huge safety concern for the guests at the hotel

Good enough place. Small bathroom. The major faulty thing for me is that the geyser is really small and we get less than half a bucket of hot water at a time. You have to repeat the process multiple times to get a bucket of water. Hotel interior is good but the surroundings and the road leading to the hotel are filthy. Staff response is average as they dont respond to room service calls regularly. Average hotel overall.

The hotel is good but the behavior of the staff makes me rate it poorly. I had checked in at 1.00am at night. But when the hotel was full and AC malfunctioned at 3.00am at night the manager just asked me to checkout or adjust till the next morning- WITHOUT giving any refund. He expected me to make full payment for an AC room when AC didnt work. Fortunately there was an early checkout of some other guest and I could occupy the room but his behavior was too rude.

Okay-ish place... In house for quality is not that great... We reached early at 6 am. Check in timing was 12. Receptionist told us to pay 750/- extra for early check in. So please ensure about timing while checking in.

My 1st and probably last experience with Treebo. The 2 stars given are for the courteous and polite staff and cleanliness. 3BHKs converted into tiny hotel-like rooms with ZERO VENTILATION. You feel suffocated inside. Have to.make several follow-up calls to get drinking water or stirrer for tea. They dont wash used cups in the room properly. Dysfunctional AC (though they agreed to shift rooms) and pathetic choice of dishes for breakfast. Only good thing was this all came at below normal cost.

I would say, a decent property to stay, but the locality isnt that good. And it doesnt look like a hotel from outside. The look at first sight gives an awkward feeling. Rooms are not that spacious, but clean, all thanks to Treebo. Food is decent. And staff is friendly. So, overall its a livable property.

The rooms are extremely small. The room service people just walk into your room with an alternate key when you are already in the room. They have absolutely no co-ordination among their staff. The dont provide you with basic toiletries. They have a restaurant below that is equally lousy at service but the food is good. Given this property one star because they wouldnt let me go any lower. I live here yaar.It is a place where vehicle parking is unregulated and chaotic. Police department is also not interested to take action even though they are well aware of the situation because of lodged complaint and their frequent visits here.

Poor maintenance of property. Lift is small. and bad smells in lift and corridor area. Limited menu in breakfast. Not tasty anymore . Wifi is fast but internet down frequently.

The service here is very good. Food is better. And its a good place if you are for an immediate need for a room.
