Very bad experience they are selling the products on Mrp.as compare to other shop they are selling the products on very high rate.not giving any discount.

ZERO STAR....At the time of purchase (Doll Mould) price is high and due to some reason while returned, price of the same product is less....Very bad 1st experience....Owners of the shop is also not well behaviour.I am also going to complaint the same on consumer court.

A very nice shop to buy baking and cake decorating items. Its air conditioned so comfortable to browse around. Shop owner very enterprising and helpful. It is the only shop in Chembur that can boast of so much variety. I bought edible garnishes for cake decorating, cake pans,chocolate moulds cake boxes cake toppers. Such a relief not having to travel out of Chembur for a home Baker.Moreover reasonably priced good product.

Good Shop, suggestions is if you making Cake try Dlecta Cheese Cream. This product one of the best product in brought from this shop. Dlecta Fresh Cream is also good product.

Due to carona period they were taking full precautions attending customer carefully and you will find everything for chocolate and cakes under one roof

Very poor management. It will take you at least half an hour to get what you came for. The only reason this shop is still open is because theres no other store in Chembur that provides the variety of stuff they do.

The place has everything you need for backing.But the customer service is really bad. The people at the shop dont seem to be very bothered about their customers.In the present covid time if you call then hardly anyone picks up . You can order you items from swiggy but it takes them around 8hrs to delivery it to your house because they ke swiggy guys waiting.And if you go to their shop the people in the shop are busy with phone calls and not keen on treating people quickly with their needs and keep making them stand in line for an hour.But again if you need you items from the store you will find everything.

Has everything a baker needs but expensive than arife colaba. Staff is arrogant with an attitude..Lena hai toh lo or he doesnt care. Never takes responsibility of items he sells. I had an issue with the edible photo print I got. It was very faded and tore into bits while peeling off the plastic sheet. He was extremely rude and got into fight. I have never been there post that incident. I have been to many bakery supply stores this owner and his staff have some attitude issues. Some days super sweet and some days RUDE. Shop if you can handle tantrums.
