No doubt the stuff is exceptional for Glutenfree lovers but they are highly unprofessional . Even after preordering 3 days before , on the due date they cancelled the order . Were quite rude too .

Cake was delivered 3hrs late...and then staff was rude .Taste is good but experience left a bad taste in mouth

While thequality of your product is excellent, the order taker and the oreder taking and collection process is a nightmare!!!Swapnil does not respond to an order. and when he does its vague. We have to keep following up for our order and keep calling to find out the exact location. I live in Colaba, yet this is the second time that its been difficult to collect the order and confirm the order. Its complicate dand bizarre and you customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Kind of takes away from the excellence of the product. If indeed there is a special number to call for delivery then we should be informed at the time of placing the order. Dont you think? Here we are running around searching for the shop/ kitchen to pick up our order, Swapnil doesnt answer saying he cannot take calls- is this a sad joke?? It means everything in the service industry to be responsive and customer-friendly.
