A1 Bakery is a small bakery that offers a variety of tasty deserts and bakes. Do try their chicken kathi rolls, chicken puffs, cutlets, and a varied range of croissants. The place does not offer seating but that doesn’t stop people from standing near-by and gorging on the rolls parking is an issue. Do try it once if you are near by here..

Ordered chicken puffs from here. Though they look like Bastani puffs, A1 chicken puff taste is not even close to bastani.

Tried the Makhani Roll. Was lukewarm and didnt justify the hype. The Apple Pie is worth trying apparently. Will try that next and let you folks know.

It is not the same as say 10 years ago.. quality seem to have been degraded considerably.

Worth a visit. This place is gem. Some might say arrogant way of giving instructions/ directions but it does convey a message in a straight forward way. BTW the quality of products they offer, they can afford to be arrogant :p

I used to come quite often during my school and college days. Food is reasonably priced with good quality.

One of the great places in Bandra West to get freshly bread... better know as Pav. A1 freshly prepares Pav, Brun (hard crusted bread), Sweet Buns, Dinner Rolls among others. They do also have other small bites, like chicken on stick, pan rolls both veg and non veg and other finger food. There is a greater variety of non veg when compared to veg. However this place is strictly OK. They open around 5:00 am everyday except Monday; and one can catch a quick bite if they have cycled from afar or heading for a picnic.

I was tries A1 shop burger but it was pathetic taste and the stuffing. i was fully disappointed and also my money gone wasted. even please dont try for trial also, there packaging also low paper rapping. my suggestion its better to not eat from this bakery than hungry.

Their fresh pao is simply amazing.

Try the veg and chicken cutlet pav, it’s good! Authentic morning to evening snack and bakery items, served fresh from the early morning hours upto 9pm. And all of this at really pocket friendly prices. Service and hygiene is pretty good too, and yes there’s a clean standing table setup unlike other bakeries around.

Sad to see of what is happened to this fantastic Bakery, for some reason they are now Charging us for Tomato Sauce, which is supposed to be an accompaniment. Imagine going to a South Indian restaurant and they tell you that chutney and sambar is sold seperately.

A1 bakery is still the VFM and quality conscious eatery to go to in Bandra for good breads and quick bites both sweet and savory. Hope they continue to remain the same and now go downhill like the surrounding eateries that were once equally good.

The food tastes good.... especially chicken makhani bun....that is a constant in each and every order of ours ...rest dishes we order just to try and are good but nothing stands out like chicken makhani bun does.Tip: Ask for it to be warmed in microwave because it doesnt taste as good cold.

A1 Bakery is not just another bakery, its a part of Bandra. You should try some of their tasty burgers, rolls and patties.

The snacks are non veg and decent its the fact that they open early in the morning at 6.45am that makes it like the first accomplishment of the day if you know what I mean.

I really love how they have been taking care during these covid times. Hats off. And finally I found somewhere safe I could grab mutton puffs from. They even heat it before giving it to you so it gets more trust

This tiny Bakery is very popular. They use good quality oil and ingredients to make their products. Pizzas and puffs are very popular. Payments by card and UPI are allowed here. Their products are sold out quickly and they make fresh ones all through the day. The store is easy to locate. Its a the main road that leads to hill road and bandstand.

Its a cheap place for snacks that used to be my favourite. However over the years this place has gone down in quality. The price has increased but the food hasnt. Got chicken puffs the other day and they had a waxy feel to it whit hardly any chicken filling at all. Croissants were under filled and the toast ok.I dont know why but I am not enjoying this place anymore. Which is a shame because I have be a loyalist since school years.ladi pav is good though.
