Services is good but quality of products are ok ok

Ordered pastries from Monginis it is good place to have dessert they have varieties of pastries as I have tried devils delight, zebra torte, chocolate brownie, pineapple, black forest, Red velvet, rainbow, mix fruit,butter scotch, pastries all were awesome in taste and also the quality was good. They also serve burger, pattice, burger, pizza.

Very bad experience, asked for fresh pineapple pastries which they assured and gave and when we had it was stinking badly on the contrary the owner named mayur denied refund and replacement. Very poor.

Worst Service. Personally Ordered Pineapple Cake. Owner claimed it fresh . When Opened , found not fresh, surrounded with Ants..

As you can see the attached cake pic. After informing the delivery of damage cake got unexpected excuse from person that they cant exchange the cake & we damaged the cake purposely. come on how come is possible that we order cake for someone special birthday and spoiled purposely really doesnt it make sense with his reply.Also We have requested to mention name with Happy Birthday Tag that was also not done. Suggestion for that sale person to learn how to talk customer and understand what they want.

Worst service have ever seen .. they dont receive a call after order received.. worst delivery . I wont refer anyone for ordering in this branch of monginis

The quality of pasteries/cakes got pathetic with time. It is so dry and tight even after asking the owner about the freshness of it.

This is next to my office. Monginis is one of the best shop for cake. They have lots of variety and amazing range.

I love Monginis but this one is not holding its value. The cake was quite hard unlike monginis. Anyone who has a cake here, pls dont judge monginis. Need to visit a much better store to get the real taste of Monginis.Cheers

Monginis cake is very good. But what is in Mumbai Fort. The behavior of the employee is not good there. There is no point in talking The rate which is of the second Monginis shop is 50 / - more than that rate. Employee trust is not capable. If you order 50 pasties, there are only 4, 5 pasties less. Please be careful.
