A dependable shop to get western style with Indian influence clothes and household linen; particulary tops and dresses. The cloth used is of good quality and there is a good selection of prints and styles - there was very little to no colour run on a first wash in Luke warm water. I wouldve given them 5 starts but the man who served me let the product down.
Lovely designs and even organic cotton. Well done. Only problem was that I am too big to fit into their XXL shirts!
I love visiting Anokhi whenever I come into town. New styles and colors come in all the time. I also appreciate that most of the staff is female. Its nice to have their opinions hes males that dont actually wear the clothing.
Anokhi is a great place for modern and traditional Indian wear. Their fabrics and block prints a beautiful, the quality is excellent and the clothes last really long. Its also very reasonably priced and supports local artisans.
Nice selection of prints... could do with some more variety
A nice botique for womens clothing with an Indian touch. A wide range of designs and a high level of quality to compliment it. Very popular with locals and tourists. Similar to fabIndia but for womens stuff only.
I found this shop decade ago. It was just 2 mints from my home . First I found it is costly but then realised its curator job . What a wonderful collection they have ! Must must visit if you have comfortable shopping budget . Quality products . Authentic and best collection . One of my fav shop in India . From outside you will not come to know about its existence . But must visit. In my India visit I always visit this place .
Wide collection which is constantly changing...so if you like something just buy it
My wife just came back and bought a real nice set of beautiful clothes.Might not be the last time she goes there!
Good traditionals dress fir men and women
Beautiful prints , a must see store! Linen , garments , accessories et all :)
Overpriced for a fabric like Mul that is so affordable when purchased from whole sellers.
Lovely shop but rude staff who dont seem to actually want to sell anything.
My favourite place to purchase beautiful organic cotton block print clothes and sheets
Excellent. Great service. Lovely stuff.
Well, very disappointed in my service and experience there today. Travelling with a friend and both love Anokhi having visited shops in Delhi, Chennai, Fort Cochin and this in Mumbai over the years when visiting India. It was raining and we were the only customers yet the staff (5 of them) appeared bored, miserable and unhelpful. I spent a lot of money there and my friend ( who was wearing a Kurta she bought in Anokhi in 2007) could not find anything to wear despite asking the staff who produced a single Kurta in a shop that specialises in kurtas. She selected a pair of pjs and they put on the counter yet while we were still there they replaced on the shelf. Much sighing and we felt uncomfortable. After paying asked how best to get a taxi when obviously loaded down with shopping in rain and all they could come up with was on main road. They missed out on sales because my friend was so pissed off.Shame on you, Anokhi. So disappointed.
