Wasted my money! Sterone shut down in one year... No refund back.

I am the member of this gym. I would say that the gym trainer are quite qualified to do their job in the best way they can(please see my transformation, you will get the idea). But, the problems that I find here is the AC, big time; it has been 1 year till date, the AC licks water like anything, rather than cooling of the members.The steam room seems to be closed all the time rather than working. People come for workout, so definitely its gonna smell, so they should have some automatic room freshener..this is a must.Hope the owner sees this and get to action. But, yes the staff is really friendly, which makes me come here all the time ..

Really the Best gym of Sion. Wasted a lot of money at other gyms. Feel very satisfied here. Good and helping trainers. Cleanliness is just fantastic. 5 stars from me.

It’s the best gym in Sion. The only minus point is that it’s shut on the last Saturday of every month on account of maintenance & on most of the bank holidays also.

Been a member from past 2 years since inception. First 1 year was awsome, slowly the concept moved from customer satisfaction to dissatisfaction. Below list are some of the unsatisfactory points.1) You have to wait for any complains, Discussion or issues to discuss with the management as the staff does not have any authority and wipe out their shoulder by saying I dont know anything talk to the owners. And so the owners are busy with their core work so. complains are unheard and ignored. You have to wait 2 3 days just to speak to the authority.2) AC does not work at all, It has been almost a year to solve the A.C. problem. But still no result. no cooling at all. Have shared emails but no result at all3) Equipments are not placed in a proper manner. Current location of the all equipments are worthless. Gym is filled with aple of mirrors but equipment that must has to be placed in front of the mirror is actually not placed. so I personally lost interest working on machines, its a waste. And again owners call.4) Machines will be kept dismantled, when asked why the answers will be, Owners call.Many more So long story short not worth gym but cant help paid my membership for a year.

Been a member here since 2 years... honestly the Air conditioner dont work well , water keeps dripping from it all the time...you can actually take a shower...not even kidding & the cleaner will always mob the floor around you while you workout and make you feel uncomfortable...inspite of asking him to mob the floor before the crowd starts pouring in.One more thing that annoys you is that they have started a power saving mode..in which only one Ac will be switched on if there are less than 12members...so even if ur dying of sweat and heat they wont switch on the another Air conditioner and most important thing machines arent placed properly, while doing the cable fly you cant see yourself in the mirror...so to all those who are hard core cardio lovers can take admission in this gym ...but definitely not the people who really want to workout.

Im seeing the difference in my body and health just in 15days. All credit goes to the trainers at Sterone gym. Very nice ambiance and really my daily workout of 1 hour feels like 1 hour of meditation. I really enjoy the environment as the other members are also so encouraging as the crowd at Sterone is different than what I have seen at other gyms in Sion. They charge a little higher but then its all worth the money as they really do a lot of hardwork in keeping up the standards.

Poor people, everything is worst, it should be named as poor gym

Owners have their own out of the world style to manage this gym. Do not join.

This is the best gym in Sion. All trainers and the entire staff are extremely helpful. Specially the trainers pay attention to every member and do not allow any member to do any wrong workout. I have been a member to various other gyms but in no other gym the trainers dont bother about any member. Here its a different experience. Cleanliness is up to mark. I have never seen any equipment not working. Just one day there was a problem with the treadmill and I thought that this might take a long time as in various other gyms where I have been as any treadmill isiout of service it used to take months to get repaired but at sterone to my surprise the treadmill was repaired on the same day and the next day I used the same treadmill and everything was perfect again.I have read reviews written by other people and was too conused whether to join this gym or not. So I took a free trial to decide for myself and it just took me a day to decide and by joining Sterone Im glad that I took a wise decision.I even happen to meet the owner and ask about negative statement and false ratings given on Google. And he just smiled and explained that the these people who have given bad reviews about this gym are actually those members who were removed from the gym as they were not following gym rules and they had been given multiple warnings.And moreover many people who have put their ratings have also never been members at sterone.So who ever is reading this review I would suggest that u should visit this gym yourself and judge and dont follow the ratings or reviews as now a days to spoil anyones business people do put false ratings.

Best gym in sion. just love the ambiance. looks like a beautifull fitness centre and not like a hardcore gym. Good crowd as compared to other gyms in sion where just rates of membership are slashed and dirty crowd is taken where members actually dont come to workout.At Sterone a little higher membership fees is justified as they put a lot of effort in keeping the gym clean and updated. The cleanliness standard is so high that in the womens washroom they have installed a safe seat which is electrically operatable and the plastic changes everytime u press the button. Thats really impressive as these standards are followed by 5 star hotels.one more important point is that the management is so strict that they wont allow u to workout on the gymfoor without a napkin. If u forget to carry one they have even a provision to buy 1 from the front desk and only then u are allowed to workout. They do care a lot about hygiene.

Gym is ok , its not for people who love to gym its just for normal fitness , worst part * AC AND LIGHTS WILL NOT WORK IN AFTERNOON AS IT IS HAPPY HOURS* IF WATER SUPPLY IS EFFECTED IN SION AREA THEN YOU WILL NOT GET WATER TO DRINK AS THE OWNER WONT ORDER A GALLEN OF BISLERI SAYING HE CANNOT AFFORD IT FOR SO MANY MEMBERS* ON ADMISSION TIME HE WILL COMMIT YOU TO GIVE YOU ONE MONTH OF EXTRA MEMBERSHIP BUT AFTER YOUR YEAR IS OVER HE WILL SAY WE HAD NO SUCH COMMUNICATION* TRAINERS WILL NEVER SHOW INTEREST IF YOUR FORM IS NOT CORRECT* FRIENDS IF U PLANNING TO JOIN A GYM AND WANT TO BUILT PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS GYM ITS MY PERSONAL SUGGESTIONS

The gym is very good and well maintained but I had a bad experience as their staff changed they failed to keep the track of the membership and hence made it to 6 months instead of 1 year....I made a mistake by not taking the receipt from them.

How to waste money :-Give 10k to join gym for 1 year.AC doesn’t worksOwner doesn’t care about the serviceOwner always uses half of the machines and when it’s our time maid starts swiping the floor and tells to wait for 10 min
