Is very very very good place it has total 2 floor and 2 terrace it has an A/C hall that is good and place is little bit small but it is an sport complex where (karate classes,dance class,table tennis, singing, music,all musical instruments like tabla, guitar and lot more all facility are there there is place to park your car ,bike and its too good place two karate classes are there in this one female coach and the other one is male coach,he has an record holder the name of that male coach is CHAINSINGH RAJPUROHIT he has total 3 world record

Well maintained and clean place

I had been learning Guitar for 3-4 years before Kithan Sir started teaching me around 4-5 months ago. I believe I am somewhere between beginner and intermediate level. I had fixed ideas and a boxed mindset about Guitar. I felt Guitar was only about strumming to Bollywood songs. But Kithan Sir took me out of comfort zone. He continues to push me and discover various aspects related to Guitar on my own. Kithan Sirs style is totally different and it might take several sitting to understand what he wishes us to accomplish. Like a good teacher he guides and challenges continually. He figured our faults in my playing and has given me exercises to overcome those problems. He has given a new light to my Guitar playing journey. He is very honest and frank with me. Open mind is must when Kithan Sir is teaching. He expects perfection a little too soon.I think sometimes he needs to be more patient and more encouraging. If you are thinking of planning a Guitar journey and ready to take up the pursuit with gusto, Kithan Sir is the person to contact.

A small auditorium with limited capacity, just enough for the usual small South Indian audience of Ghatkopar area. Programmes are just mediocre. However, the audience are also not very choosy or keen or discerning.
