Silent resort is huge resort with all water rides, pools, even pools for kids, food is awesome, game zone for kids, reasonable price range of ticket, good atmosphere, best time to visit is during summer and rainy season place to visit with family I visited many time to this resort

Good resort for 1 day fun in water. Water is clean and good. U can enjoy rain dance, water rides, swimming pool with DJ. Apart from water rides resort has wide gardens and playing area for kids. With ducks roaming around kids find it fun. Scene of flowing river is awesome, but u cant and wont try to enter river. Food is OK. After water fun and lunch... U can take noon nap in many shelters provided everywhere.

The resort is very beautiful and peaceful expect for the loud music. I had paid 800 rupees for the entire day which is value for money... however after lunch I was not keep well because of the heat..it was 33 degree.. so I went torestaurant to freshen up..the main manager with a moustache and tall guy..who took order at the restaurant near the lake was very rude with us because we had the pink band on our hand and he knew we were not guest.. they treat guests differently who pay 8k for over night stay but who pay 800 for a day are not treated well in the restaurant..I was planning to get my family for dinner..how ever because of this manager rude behavior I will never visit the restaurant..

Resort is situated little far from Palghar station but worth going. Beautifully designed to give feel of nature .plus beautiful villas and rooms available. Being located beside small river stream it allows boating also.Pools and water slides are great.

Have been here multiple times over the past seven to eight years. The surroundings are Clean and Green. The food has always been consistently good throughout the years. The overall standard has never dropped. Had even been there this week with friends. Will go there again this month end with family :-).

For a change whatever good mentioned in reviews about this place is really available. It is full of lush greeneries ,abutted by mountain and real river. The jhulas are really cool and ideal for hangout. After rains it becomes as real as a jungle place can be. With enthralling views, affordable prices for spending quality time with kids at water park and other facilities its a must visit place for Mumbaikars. Restaurant offers good food at quite affordable prices and view arond the restaurant is seeing is believing type.

It was a bad experience for first time visited on 21st April saturday, the security guy was very rude, abusive and arrogant no manners even the manager was very rude, they charge 575 for small kids below 5 years for no reason as my daughter is 5 years old and she was not allowed to play on rides not even with parents said it was dangerous it is unfair to take so much money for small kids, Rides are too scary, water smells bad with high chlorine which is not good for skin, changing rooms are so dirty and stinks cant even think of going for 2nd time. Only good thing was food.

Pros: River facing rooms, extremely huge property, pretty scenic view.Cons: A bit on the expensive side and no inclusion of breakfast in the Overnight stay package, Need to work on the standard rooms. I had a bad night as the air-condition kept making a weird sound that was terribly disturbing. Also, the room had two beds which were pushed together and on slightest movement, both the beds started parting thus creating a gap in the middle which again made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

This is a pure veg resort. The service is excellent and the food quality is awesome. They have a water resort which isnt much big but it is good plus a live DJ playing for rain dance. They too got big grass lawns and this is also an envoirnmental park.

I had been to Silent Resort on Monday to Tuesday , had stayed overnight , it was awesome , the ambience , the rooms & backyard (big grassy place with Hammocks, sitting arrangements, antique fashioned jhoolas, adjoining to a river), nice well maintained huge airy rooms , good quality & wide variety tasty food (only vegetarian), well stocked bar. Water Park, Jacuzzi, Gym, Swimming pool, Boating...... Worth Going

We visited SIlent Hills Resort on the 14th-15th April 2018, and we booked the Super-Deluxe Room.The room costed us Rs 7500/- approx but it was complete waste of money.The place is over-hyped and not worth the price.For the price you pay, you wont even have access to the mini-amusement park. The charges are exuberant for even a toy train.More importantly, there are no separate facilities for room guest, apart from access to one swimming pool. The water park area is overly crowded and dirty. The pool water is filthy. Another disturbing fact was the kind of songs which were being played. No sophistication whatsoever.Another disappointing point is the food! We knew they served only Veg Food, but there was no variation in the food. The taste was bland, paneer was not fresh. The restaurant staff is not courteous, you have to ask water 2-3 times before they serve.The only good part was the room and its view. But once again, the room didnt have toiletries, and we were asked to buy it separately! Which hotel/resort does that?So far, we have been to multiple hotels and resorts. The amount of money we spent here to just get a room with a view was hideous. Would NEVER recommend Silent Hills Resort to anyone who is looking for some relaxation way from the city. Silent Hills can probably rename their resort to Noisy Hills.

Nice family place to hangout on week ends. Have water slides and other water activities like boating and other activies for kids like rides etc. For adults best place to relax and have great food options in breakfast and lunch and evening snacks. Nice greenary due to out of densed mumbai

One of the best places near Mumbai. Have been there twice overnight. Excellent experience. Place is beautiful, well maintained. Rooms are very good too. But little costly. Cant afford very often. But we often go there as a day picnic. 60 km one way from Borivali. Little far, but after converting my car to CNG; I dont mind that.. :)

We would like to express our extreme disappointment at not being allotted accomodation at your resort in spite of paying an advance one year ago.Both i and my wife are senior citizens. We were very keen on availing a holiday at your resort last year. Accordingly, as requested by your booking person at your Goregaon ofrfice, we paid for a Dlx AP room by paying Rs. 4,000/- as advance on 5/03/2015 (Receipt no. 5640) for a booking on 7th to 8th march 2015. We were explained at that time that the booking amount will hold only for six months, although there was no mention of this condition on your website.Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, we could not avail this facility for nearly a year.Today evening, we went to your Goregaon office with the payment receipt, to make an earnest request, whether we could pay the balance of Rs. 3,000/- and avail a Dlx AP room during this week or weekend. At that point, we were told that the booking amount was forfeited since as they had informed us earlier, it could hold only for six months, although there is no mention of this condition on your website. We were also told that rooms are available throughout the week and weekend, but we could book them only after paying the full amount of Rs, 7,000/-.This means that they would prefer to let the rooms go free, rather than give us one room by paying the balance of Rs. 3,000/-, when they had already received Rs. 4,000/- from us one year ago.The rule saying that the advance deposit was valid only for six months, was told to us verbally, however there is no mention of this rule either on your website, or on our receipt. Hence we went to your Goregaon office personally to make our request, but were turned down very bluntly.As senior citizens, who have paid one year in advance more than 50% of the room charges, and could not avail of the facility due to medical reasons, we felt very disappointed, at the treatment we received at your office. At least some consideration should have been given to our request, rather than forfeiting our deposit completely, which is not even an official rule, but a verbal declaration made by your booking official.Dr. Uday DondeAggreived Senior Citizen
